I scheduled an appointment for 2 wasn't called into the back until 3. They started working 3:10 what's the hold up. I don't know if the dentist felt some way because she processed to scrap and cut my gums trying to rush with my cleaning m. Every time I sip water I taste a significant amount of my blood, this is unacceptable and I will not be returning. I know there was a rush but I got here earlier before anyone came. read more

Called to make an emergency appointment and was walked through new patient info perfectly. When I arrived for appointment was told I could not be seen because prior authorization had been given already through insurance. Was Told to request new authorization and when I did call denti- cal I was informed they are completely wrong. New authorization is never needed for new patients. Even if being seen again same day , different doctor. Once that was explained to them they still denied care . Asked to pay for the procedure cash and was denied because I had insurance. The women in the front have zero knowledge of actual insurance process's . They admitted to being in trouble prior for insurance claims as reasons for denial . Very unprofessional I make an appointment 3 days prior and when I show up she says I no longer have an appointment because I made an appointment through corporate and not them. Also she said all dentists left before they even closed. I show up at 3:05 online says they closed at 4:30pm. She said they tried calling me the morning of the appointment which was a lie. I take time off of work to come here and lose on time and money, what an inconvenience. read more

They are not on time at all. They give you an appointment, but they are always delayed by an hour, which is very frustrating.

My mom had an appt this morning at 10 am, we arrived at 9:50 am . They tell us that they need to get her authorization, which is already weird because side they should already have that before the appt. . I took time off to bring her to this appt. They have her fill out paperwork, then proceed to ask for the social . She gives it to them and they cannot find her . Mind you , she has been here before , therefore , they should already have her dental insurance on file. The receptionist proceeds to ask if she is the primary on her Medicare plan which obviously she is . Then she tells us she can't find her and another girl got involved asking what's going on and she tells her. I tell them that it's weird that they wouldn't check the insurance before the appt and she tells me it's not their responsibility to know what insurance she has even though they confirmed her insurance when i made the appt . They were not helpful at all so I left and made an appt some where else. They definitely need a better system because telling me we don't have time to get authorizations is not okay . People take time off of work for these appts. And I know other offices get auths before hand. read more

This place is a scam. I went to the orthodontist with braces from ANOTHER office(TJ). They did not remove or add new hardware. They left the same ones. I went to 4 appointments and felt like I was wasting my time. My teeth were basically already straight I just wanted somewhere local to finish up and get it over with. They hit me with I need a YEAR of service? I called to pay for the services rendered and they said I owe over 1k? The math isn't adding up. My first appointment was rushed, I was told sign here sign here they made me sign up for some payment plan with a 3party because they wanted money down. I literally went in for info and came out with debt. I have stopped paying and have not scheduled any appointments. The last appointment I went to my monthly payment didn't process yet and it was scheduled for that Friday. The lady at the front told me next time I need to make a payment before they see me. That was the last time I went. They made me do a deep cleaning which was done with no numbing and was like 15 mins. Not one professional person there besides the doctor. He was nice. I'm writing another review omg , I waited till this month for my wisdom teeth sedation removal which I already waited for 6 weeks to get approved then when it did they canceled my damn appointment in January now February I'm calling and they said they won't do it with sedation like whattttt , at this point I don't care I just need them out but they had me waiting since fucking October , I'm sorry but this is so infuriating I didn't even bother arguing again with them I'll get them removed next month and that will be it , I'll never ever come back to this office again ! read more

I hateeee this office! I was suppose to get my wisdom teeth removed since August. I've came nearly every month to get it done, but it's always something with this damn office, to where I have to keep rescheduling. Today I had an appointment, and got a call to come in 2 hours earlier. So I did. I sat in that damn office nearly until my original appointment. The staff are so rude and unprofessional. Inconsiderate of peoples time. There was an office full of people that have been waiting for hours. Staff just socializes and laughs amongst each other while giving "we'll be ready for you in 10 to 15 mins" just to be waiting hours more! They need to burn this office down, I wish I could call corporate and file a complaint! If you don't like dealing with people don't work at a job that deals with customer service! I HATE YOU GUYS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND BEING SO RUDE! I wish you guys the worst! read more

I was in a lot of anger when I wrote this review but there are the details. I came in for a cavity filling, I walked out with a missing crown. The woman, she was a very kind lady and I said I would never have to come again. Even after the numbness was gone I was in huge pain. We tried to schedule an emergency check up. They were too busy. 5 days constantly taking up to three Tylenols, drinking water was so painful. They even said I was too young to get a crown. (I'm 16. I already had one) I went to a different dentist, I'm so glad I did. I type this out to warn anyone. I don't want anyone to go what I went through. read more

Perris. I wasn't told I was getting a deep cleaning today. Plus I wasn't given 15 - 25 minutes to number up for the deep cleaning. Yes. I had a panic attack but I still felt the tool pokking on my gums. Now I'm referred out to a specialist that does sedation & rcrowns. I old them this tooth (I thought I was only going in for a filling) you ate doing doesn't hurt! It's my crown molar that hurts. So I had a panic attack & I felt my gums & because they didn't wait enough time for me to numb up, I'm told to go elsewhere for sedation?! What? Give me time to numb up please. Geez. I found another dentist in Menifee and im still on hold with Perris WWestern Dental to cancel all referrals so I can be seen with this new dentist. read more

6 Teeth removed, $1900 in graft (no mention of this until I was already in the room and almost forced to agree as I already had the appointment for over a month). They had me doing paper work inside the room, where my oral "surgery" was supposed to be... Sutures feel out on one side less than 30 minutes after completion, it took me almost 2 hours to get ahold of someone in the office, I was hung up on 3 times. I had to call back multiple times, it almost seemed like I was being ignored as it also rang off until disconnecting as well. Went back and had a horrible experience. No one at the front desk to be greeted. I signed and no one helped me for over 15 mins. The whole process was terrible, the x-ray tech took forever like she didn't know what she was doing. The dentist didn't say one word to me and just went to tell billing to speak with me. The billing lady took her sweet time and had no knowledge to what she was saying when asked a question. I will not be back and have found a better Dentist office. Go at your own risk. Updated review as of 2/7/24 This place has not changed for general side ! I only made my app here cus I was coming to see ortho and they suggested u could be seen for a filling .. my app was at 3pm and it's now 3:40 plus there's a person still ahead of me !! Ridiculous!!!! But if i had been 30 mins late they wouldn't have seen me right ????? !! Let alone I had to find a sitter and now my sitter is inconvenienced as well! If they knew they were so behind they should've called to give me the options to reschedule or at least give me a heads up i would be seen late !! Then it would've been MY choice and I could've figured things out with my sitter !!! I definitely regret trying to give General side another chance ! Very disappointed with this location on the general side. Ortho has always been great and they hustle to get their clients in an out. General side is always a mess! They scheduled me an app for a surgical expose of an impacted teeth I have , the front desk made sure to ask the dr if he performd tht type of surgery & he said yes! App date comes and turns out all of a sudden he doesn't do it at that location . They were already 1hr 30mins backed up with other patients and they were having to reschedule pts. I had also scheduled my husband to be seen for a check up same time. They had told me to call during the week to run my insurance which I did weeks in advance. Next thing u know they can't find my insurance info!!! They kept going back and forth the front desk with the supervisor . All I rcvd was apologies. Oh and the dr referred me to his location in loma Linda. I called to make an app and turns out their 6months out for appointments. U would think he'd know. Where do I start?! I had Hillary as the person helping me and my child and she was extremely rude, disrespectful and HOMOPHOBIC ! I over heard her calling people F slurs and Saying how she did not want them there. I was appalled and left my appointment. It was disgusting to hear something like that come out of her mouth. She was so concerned with them that her attitude towards them was rubbing off onto our experience. I didn't want her anywhere near me or around my child. Do better western dental she's gross.
