They ran conduit and a 220V line from our detatched garage, where our electrical panel is, to the house, which involved an underground trench. In one day, they installed 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi split units in three bedrooms. The fourth unit, a 30,000 BTU split unit for the living/dining/kitchen space, was on back order. When it arrived two weeks later, the crew came back and finished the job in one afternoon. Our communication via the Yelp messaging feature was quick and easy.
