Cool Zone replaced the entire unit on our roof and I was amazed at how quickly they pulled it off. The job was done in under four hours and the house went from 95 degrees to 80 degrees in about 20 minutes; and down to 75 degrees in less than an hour. They even installed a new thermostat Which wasn't expected. The original guy that came out to diagnose the old unit was friendly and honest but I don't remember his name unfortunately. Then Mick came out to take measurements for the intake manifold. Two days later Sergio and Francisco were here like clock work, at 10am. They got right to work unbolting the old unit from the roof and by the time the crane showed up they had the old one off and new on before I knew it. The best part was when I walked outside to let the dog out and I heard Sergio and Francisco high five each other while shouting "Cool Zone" from the roof as they were finishing up their successful installation. They obviously take pride in what they do and as a former business owner, Cool Zone must be treating their employees well. These guys were outstanding! They got to us quickly with a quote and with a replacement of our air conditioner. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs, servicing, or complete replacement. Their quotes were very reasonable, and they installed a Carrier system. Carrier was just rated as one of the best reliable units on this month's Consumer Reports. The installers were wonderful too. They cleaned up their job site immediately, and helped us fix problems the last a/c people left. I would feel very comfortable being alone with these guys during an install or service. Dave gave us a fast free quote, and even let us borrow a standing a/c unit over the weekend so we could get our install on Monday. There were two "punch list" issues after the install, and Dave took care of them quickly and at no charge. I believe other companies would have told us to get lost after the install was complete. These guys are amazing! Our A/C went out on a Saturday night. We thought we'd have to wait and bare it until Monday thinking no one would be available to do repairs on a Sunday without charging a fortune for a weekend call. I'm so glad we called Cool Zone. They were helpful and friendly and attempted to help us diagnose the problem over the phone in the event the issue was something we could fix on our end without having to pay for service. They had someone out in 20 minutes. Bryon was our technician. He was great! He was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain the problem and teach us about air conditioning. He even showed us the defective part (capacitor) and proved it with a device for measuring electrical currents. Our AC started blowing warm last night (Saturday) at around 7:30pm... I called three companies that said they had 24hr AC services..well they weren't and I'll just leave it at that. I had a friend in property management refer Cool Zone so I contacted Dave around 10:30 and he tried to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Nothing worked and it was now 89 in our home. Dave said a tech would be here about noonish the next day. Byron arrived and was polite, informative and assessed the issue right away. This was one of the best experiences I have had with replacing a major appliance. On that sad day in July when my old air conditioning unit went out, I called Cool Zone and spoke with Danette. Cool zone is the only way to go when it comes to any ac needs! We had our system go out right when temperatures hit 110+ in Az. Called them out that day and they were out next day. Our unit was done and had to be replaced. They left us a temporary ac unit for our room so we could get by until install was completed. Cool zones crew was very informative and answered all my questions I had or concerns. The install was so professional and looked so excellent once done. Last Sunday when my AC was not working properly I I checked on Yelp for a highly reviewed air conditioning repair company. Luckily I found Cool zone air conditioning.I went ahead to call the number listed did not think I would be able to reach anyone but luckily I did speak to Ryan. Ryan was very helpful he was able to come out the same day and repair the problem during the visit I would say the whole thing took less than two hours. Our hvac went out on a Sunday during the Memorial Day weekend. The owner z9dave) came out that day and replaced the bad part. He thoroughly explained everything going on and even took pictures to show us what was wrong! When I called Dale and the guys they had just finished a job and Dale told me that he would be at my house shortly. About 10 minutes later he was working on my furnace. He had the part needed and within a total time of around 10 minutes after arriving at my house, my furnace was up and running. They are polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional.
