It was two days before they could install, however they gave us two free loaner window units which they came and set up for us in the meantime. When they came out for the install, we needed a small drywall repair which was anticipated and they had the repairman out the same day. They followed up the next day and one week later they came to the house for a follow up visit to ensure we were up and running optimally. This company was so impressive all their team members are awesome and helpful. Many years ago with my last AC install, the company that will remain nameless left a huge drywall hole and didn't patch it or have a recommendation for us. We also had issues with their company extended warranty which they stopped servicing. They sucked! Post sale support was terrible! After checking out the house, he recommended the right mini split heat pump size, the best placement options, and suggested a few upgrades to improve efficiency and save energy. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without hesitation. The itemized quote was detailed and easy to understand. It included everything from the heat pump, installation (materials and electrical), attic insulation, to even a Wi-Fi adaptor so I could control the system through an app. June 6th installation was quick and smooth, and everything worked perfectly right away. The condenser unit location was inconspicuous and protected from the elements with adequate airflow access. They helped me set up the app and even built an attic enclosure over the drop down stairs. Pricing felt fair and reasonable, especially for the quality of work they delivered. During the summer peak when it was 110+ outside, I was able to keep my garage at whatever temperature I wanted, which makes it usable year round and is a game changer in Phoenix. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicated really well throughout the whole process. We just had another great experience with Sierra last night. At that point, we had finally reached the end of our rope with the Nest, having fought battery and network connection problems for over a month. I reinstalled our old (non-smart) thermostat, having taken photos of the wiring before I had disconnected it about 15 months prior, but it was blowing hot air instead of cold, It seemed we were going to have to go stay at a motel for the night, as the temperature in our house was rising quickly. We called Sierra and, even though Greg was out of town, his son came out right away. He confirmed the correct wiring on the re-install of the old thermostat, did a diagnostic to make sure the thermostat was functioning properly, did a system check to make sure the system was cooling correctly, and was on his way, all for a very reasonable charge.

Background information: Called their emergency service number because our 2 YEAR OLD A/C unit hasn't been working, clearly they installed a used unit instead of a new one. To make matters worse, we have an infant in a home that is overheating so we called their emergency number at 9am and were told they would get back to us within 30 minutes. 5 hours later... and after numerous phone calls and text messages requesting an update, we finally heard back that they would be unable to help us until the following day ("assuming ALL their techs don't call in AGAIN," said NATHAN). NATHAN suggested we get a hotel that they "of course" would not pay so our infant wouldn't overheat. He then asked me, "why would we pay for that?" like I was a complete idiot for wondering if they would compensate us for their lack of emergency services and reliable technicians for a product that was under warrantee. I also asked him if he was available to come out and he told me he didn't have the parts he needed in his truck. No wonder he doesn't have reliable techs, as a leader he is not reliable. Clearly this was upsetting, and NATHAN decided to end the call by saying all he could do was send someone else out tomorrow, again "assuming his techs didn't call out again, and that I should be nice to them when they are there." So we called DESERT DIAMOND AIR and they said they would send someone out immediately. Do yourself a favor and use another company for your home heating and cooling needs.
