When I asked about the discrepancy, the staff noted "additional services" that were never mentioned during the phone call or during drop off--which was a price quote still higher than the price provided during the phone call. What infuriates me the most is the lack of transparency. If there are additional charges, customers deserve to know about them upfront, not be blindsided at the checkout counter.
