When visiting Jacksonville for work, I was on the lookout for great restaurants around St Johns Town Center as my hotel and the work office was in the vicinity. Reservations can be made via OpenTable, and I saw this suggested on Yelp so I decided to try one evening. Upon arriving, I marveled at the beauty of the interior design of the bottom floor that also serves as a gallery. I ascended the staircase as the restaurant is on the third floor. I dined alone as this trip I didn't have a coworker with me, but I still was seated in a cozy corner to take it all in. Isaac, my waiter, was incredibly friendly, and ensured I had everything I needed. What I Ordered: - Caesar Salad: This salad is as pretty good, but at a price point of $19, I would likely skip if dining here again. Though, it did have the perfect hint of lemon for acidity and the croutons tasted house-made. Perhaps if you added a protein, this could become your main dish and elevate it. - Lobster Roll: $36 for a lobster roll?! I was intrigued as this was noted as a signature dish and a standout for what this location is known for... and boy was I IMPRESSED! The roll was perfectly toasted, and the lobster to roll ratio was absolute perfection. The flavor of the lobster was juicy and tasted fresh. This roll was so good that even the neighboring table as they left asked how I enjoyed it. They were recognized by staff, so I believe they are regulars. We all discussed how delicious it was and I shared my thoughts on the execution of lobster to bread ratio. I dined here a couple weeks ago, and I'm still thinking about where in Arizona I'll ever find a roll as decadent. - Cappuccino: a mark of a truly well-crafted cappuccino is the sugar test. Will the foam withstand the weight of sugar or will it sink to the bottom (poorly frothed)? I had ordered and didn't realize they would put a design on top! Visually stunning, and happy to report they make a beautiful cappuccino with delightful foam. Added pictures to showcase the design they added, and the sugar test. The rooftop has stunning views, and the food is a work of art as well. Though I had a lighter dinner with a salad + lobster roll, I was impressed with the meal and would return to try more of the menu if I visit for business or personal reasons in the future. This is a great option for a (spendy) girls' night out. I came here with a bunch of work colleagues for dinner. The setting is lovely, especially if you are here during the sunset. Service was attentive and gracious. I started with a rose spritz, the avocado carpaccio, and the half roast chicken. The spritz was a delight. Not too sweet, very refreshing. The carpaccio was amazing with the smoked salt, and the briny caviar. My friend ordered the chips and dip, and heaven on earth is combining the two appetizers (a chip topped with avocado and then a dollop of creme fraiche/caviar). The chicken was okay. I should have gone with something else, but I panic-ordered. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't remarkable. I should have gone with a fancy salad or the lobster roll. My second drink, a glass of rose, was okay but wasn't served ice cold, a disappointment. I shared a chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal, and it was absolutely delicious. I'd happily return with that crew of ladies, and I'd happily recommend this place for a date night. read more

They have a new menu! There are wayyyy more options with four instead of two pages of offerings...from caviar carpaccio vs specialties to chilled seafood to petite baked potatoes, there's plenty of new items to try! So I went with the grilled avocado with caviar that I probably wouldn't order again... that's because the overly rich and buttery flavor of the avocado dominated the dish and muted the subtle oceanic notes of the caviar. The roasted chicken salad was pretty plain... literally just chicken and butter lettuce! It made me miss the Mulholland Drive salad. My family and I came here for Easter lunch and were somewhat disappointed. We had made a reservation and showed up on time, but didn't sit down at our table for maybe 45 minutes. If I remember correctly, it was almost an hour cause we were starving. We sat outside, walked around the store, and still didn't have our table ready. By the time we did sit, everything took so long to come out. Our waitress was very sweet, but drinks and food took forever to get to us. By that point, we already knew what we wanted to order since we had a long time to sit and look at the menu. I understand it was a holiday, but that shouldn't change service. Although the food was tasty, it was cold. The only things that were cold and should have been warm were the meat and cheese board and the crab appetizer. My steak was cold, and I didn't want to send it back cause who knows how long that would have taken. The dessert was very tasty and came out somewhat quicker than everything else did. Overall, I was excited to try here as everyone hyped it up. I need to give it a second chance on a weekday when there are fewer people and not a holiday. The prices are outrageous for the quality and portions, but I guess it's all because of the name of the store you're eating at. read more

I had a fabulous time dining here for my breakfast brunch. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The person who works the hostess stand even moved my reservation back by 15 minutes because we were stuck in stand still traffic trying to enter the mall. All the food and cocktails far exceeded my expectations and they even had a dedicated fryer for their French fries so they were gluten-free. We had the caviar crudo, the king crab salad and the lobster roll and French fries. I love the store and design and it's so elegant. I wish that our cities RH would make their rooftop a restaurant! Anyhow, there is ample parking, it's just very hard to deal with the traffic entering this area on the weekends because there are so many stores and restaurants here. RH is such a gorgeous addition to the St. Johns Town Center! The rooftop vibes are unbeatable for a date night or a special brunch. Definitely give yourself some time to wander through the showroom, the furniture and decor are stunning. The staff was also very kind and greeted us upon walking in as well as when we were leaving. A reservation is definitely recommended but you can actually grab coffee or wine on the third floor and head out to the balcony without one. It's the perfect spot to catch the sunset and get some fresh air, or even to just take a pause from shopping and enjoy a quick bite & cocktail. We were sat and ordered our meal. I got the Caesar salad with steak, a side of mashed potatoes and the Parmesan fries. The fries were VERY good! I love RH's furniture so I knew the food had to be just as good, however it's nothing special. It's a pretty standard menu, which is fine so you can't go wrong with any of the items. Had the best experience at the RH Rooftop! Was shopping around the corner and was able to secure a reservation 15 mins beforehand. The store itself is 3 levels, with the 3rd level being the restaurant. You can walk up the grand stairs to the 3rd floor, admiring the amazing furniture and decor along the way. The rooftop itself was absolutely stunning. We came on a rainy winter day so unfortunately the patio was closed, but the interior section is covered with a glass roof and the heat was cranked - making it a sweet spot to enjoy some bites and watch the rain. While RH doesn't have liquor, they do offer beer, wine, and mocktails. We each opted for the non-alcoholic drinks - truly so flavorful and delicious that we didn't even miss the liquor. For a starter, we split the crispy artichokes with rosemary aioli and lemon potatoes. If you order one thing on the menu let it be that!!! Overall, such a lovely experience. My angel and I decided to splurge this past weekend by having brunch at RH. First the service was incredible, from the moment we went in until we left. I am a paraplegic and confined to a wheelchair due to an Army injury As soon as we entered the building on the first floor, the host began moving furniture so I could navigate my way through. He then summoned the elevator for us. The elevator was nice and roomy so I could easily turn around and face the door. As soon as we exited the elevator, the Maiter d greeted us. We had a reservation so she immediately took us to a table. The problem was none of the tables were wheelchair friendly. However, the tables in the booths were long slabs of granite resting on solid iron stands, making them very stable so I was able use them to support my self as I entered the booth with the help of my wife and the Maiter d, something I had never attempted before so this was a personal accomplishment for me. Our server, Mason quickly greeted us and took order. We both had the Swedish pancakes and I had a side of bacon as well as a side of sausage. The wife got a side of potatoes. The maple syrup and bacon were great the pancakes were so so. The view of Town Center was excellent. When got up to leave, I was struggling to get back in my wheelchair. One of hosts saw I was having problems and came over to help me. He saw I was wearing an Army shirt and told me his brother was a West Point Graduate and deployed to Afghanistan. I would love to recognize this host, but unfortunately, I did not get his name. Leaving the building, once again the host on the first floor moved furniture so I could get through. In summary, the service was excellent and was above and beyond. The food was expensive but not unexpected including tip, our total bill was a little over $80. We would like to go back and try a dinner sometime but we will need to budget for it. All-in-all, it was a great Sunday morning and we thank the entire staff at RH for the hospitality and great service. read more

My husband and I both ordered the RH Burger, and I was genuinely surprised that each one came with two patties, so it was filling and worth it. We shared the sweet potato fries, and my toddler had the broccolini which she actually enjoyed (a win). My favorite of all the foods that we got was The burrata roasted peppers for appetizer was amazing!!!!!! We got salmon , lobster roll for our meals and brocollini and mushroom for our sides. For our dessert we had freshly bake chocolate chip cookies and salted caramel gelato.Service was impeccable! This is definitely a must place to visit! This review was a challenge to write so I decided to meet in the middle with 3 stars. Five stars definitely go for Demetri who was our server. His outstanding customer service skills followed by his genuine sense of humor, and knowledge of the menu made him very worthy of five stars. The food, however, definitely not worth five stars borderline two stars. I say that because the hamburger which I will be honest, I expected true ground beef - thick patty not frozen thin patties like you get it Burger King or McDonald's. I believe the cost vs. the quality of the hamburger patty do not match. My friend had been craving the lobster roll all day and with excitement she ordered that. She said the lobster did not taste fishy rather bland. Again for the price they were a little skimpy with the amount of lobster and it did not have the flavor she was hoping for. The biggest concern, however, was the filth under the table. If you look at the picture, you will see what was at the foot of our table, which makes me question how often they move the tables and clean behind them. The chandeliers, beautiful and clean, but the floor , not so much so. Overall, the companionship was great, ambience, other than the floor was great the food not so great. read more

I had to order mashed potatoes (Additional $11 cost that shouldn't have happened). The mash was delicious, but it should have been included at the $36 price point as a garnish. For dinner I had the RH burger with a side order of truffle fries. The fries are $20 which is super pricey but wanted to treat myself and it didn't disappoint. The overall experience was lovely but keep in mind that the food and drinks are pricey! The place itself is pleasant and the atmosphere is nice. At the beginning, the service was not very welcoming when it came to finding us a table, although they did improve later. Unfortunately, the biggest issues were with the food. My roasted chicken was completely burnt, and the salmon was also slightly burnt. I only complained about the chicken, and to be fair, they immediately offered to remove it from the bill, which I appreciated. However, the most serious problem happened afterward: one person in our group ordered caviar as an appetizer and became very ill shortly after. He had to leave the restaurant and rush to the hospital, where he received an injection due to what appeared to be food poisoning. Because of this, none of us were able to finish dinner. We did not report this incident to the staff at the moment because it was an emergency and we had to leave quickly. We paid and left without having time to explain. Given everything that happened, I cannot say the food quality was good, and overall the experience was very disappointing. Sadly, I can't give more than one star. read more

We went for a late lunch around 4pm and it wasn't that crowded and we were able to get a table next to the windows. Cody helped us out and was very friendly. We shared a burrata with the sourdough bread which was creamy and delicious, great to share for 2 people. We then each ordered a lobster roll and shared a side of sweet potato fries. The lobster roll I must say was good, but I won't dare say it's one of the best I've had; that being said if I go back I'd still order it. Arrived on time for our 8:45 pm Valentine's Day reservation. Parking was easy despite no valet. We were warmly greeted and escorted upstairs, with a brief wait before being seated at 9:00 pm. While waiting, we ordered drinks from the bar--RH only offers wine and beer, so we tried the Peach Bellini purée, which was quite good. We enjoyed the grilled shrimp appetizer; I had the half French roasted chicken, my spouse ordered the whole grilled lobster with truffle fries, and our friends chose the branzino.
