Shrimp cocktail, Burrata, Rosé Spritz

RH is such a gorgeous addition to the St. Johns Town Center! The rooftop vibes are unbeatable for a date night or a special brunch. Definitely give yourself some time to wander through the showroom, the furniture and decor are stunning. The staff was also very kind and greeted us upon walking in as well as when we were leaving. A reservation is definitely recommended but you can actually grab coffee or wine on the third floor and head out to the balcony without one. It's the perfect spot to catch the sunset and get some fresh air, or even to just take a pause from shopping and enjoy a quick bite & cocktail. We stuck to appetizers this time, and both the shrimp cocktail and the burrata were fresh & delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Great Ambiance

Recently had the opportunity to have lunch at RH Rooftop for Mother's Day and then a few days later on my birthday. For me, part of the experience of dining at RH is the beautiful environment. Truly, what a lovely, bright, clean space. We were a party of four, and we had reservations on both occasions, so we were seated immediately. The Crispy Arthichokes were on point! We also ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, the Steak Frites and my DH and DS ordered Hamburgers, which they said were good. We finished up with a Carmelized Banana Split for the table which was *exceptional!*

Gem Salad with grilled chicken

best salad alert try their gem salad it has a creamy buttermilk dressing with feta and sliced radishes! You can add grill chicken or shrimp! It's amazing!!! I was at RH with a group of friends and we all got the same salad! We also splurged on dessert and got affogato which is espresso drizzled on top of vanilla ice cream!

The service is impeccable and the food is exquisite. I love the atmosphere. To start the caviar on avocado is delectable. The avocado is smooth the caviar is mild and the flaky salt adds the pop. The shrimp were grilled to perfection with a lemon butter sauce. The lobster roll was nothing short of amazing. The lobster was cooked to perfection. Lastly the chocolate chip cookies came out warm. They are soft in the middle with a little crunch on the edge. Will definitely be back again.

This place is absolutely picturesque! The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to the menu. The place gives a real sexy vibe with the dim lighting and decor. The food was what made me not give this place five stars. Portions are small and the prices are very high. Most of my dishes were extremely salty. Presentation was beautiful but I wish it tasted as good as it looked!

Sea Bass - golden crisp an great flavor

Since the first time I visited- I made this one of my favorites - the service and food is excellent and best atmosphere in the Town Center. The staff are always so above and beyond. My goto items are the chips and caviar and sea-bass, other items I have tasted are great but can't go wrong with the favorites.

RH has a cool vibe. I met my sister here for lunch, she ordered the lobster roll and I went with the roasted chicken and mashed potatoes. The chicken was delicious, but I'll admit it was a lot for me, for lunch very hearty and filling. My sister loved her lobster roll, describing it as buttery and fresh, though it didn't come with any sides. The ambiance at RH is always nice yet relaxed, it is perfect for both daytime brunch/lunch and evening dinner or drinks. For the best experience, come at night and enjoy the views by the fire pits.

Beautiful sunroom!

RH Rooftop is the place to take someone when you really want to impress them. From the moment you walk up the steps, you're welcomed into a gorgeous indoor sunroom filled with natural light, stunning décor, and an upscale yet inviting atmosphere. If you're just stopping in for drinks, you can wander through the showroom with a cocktail or glass of wine in hand; the whole experience feels effortlessly elevated. If you stay for food, you won't be disappointed. Our must-have dishes are the truffle fries and the lobster roll, while my sister swears by the shaved ribeye sandwich every time she visits. On my first visit, the team surprised my mom and me with a complimentary dessert, and we were blown away by their thoughtfulness. Whether you come for drinks, a meal, or simply the views, RH Rooftop delivers an experience that always feels special.

RH Rooftop is in a great location, has some fun views, and an absolutely amazing ambience. That said, I think the food is a bit overpriced for what you get. My chicken was $34 and it was good but not great. The truffle fries are FAB my favorite thing on the menu but the price is steeep for potatoes and some seasoning. You pay for the aesthetics and the environment for sure

What a cute spot! Came here for a friends birthday brunch and it was great. All the apps were good and my entree was delicious. Good service, our waiter was nice. It's so beautiful here and great for celebrations with many photo oops.

Not a horrible visit. But for the price, I would expect more. We went for a late lunch one day after stopping at the Apple Store for a phone issue. We got put on the walk up waitlist. We were sat and ordered our meal. I got the Caesar salad with steak, a side of mashed potatoes and the Parmesan fries. The fries were VERY good! I would've rated our visit higher if I didn't feel like I was constantly having to look for the waiter if we needed something. I didn't get a refill until the very end of our meal. A nice restaurant, beautifully decorated, just not worth the price is there's subpar service.

Had the best experience at the RH Rooftop! Was shopping around the corner and was able to secure a reservation 15 mins beforehand. The store itself is 3 levels, with the 3rd level being the restaurant. You can walk up the grand stairs to the 3rd floor, admiring the amazing furniture and decor along the way. The rooftop itself was absolutely stunning. We came on a rainy winter day so unfortunately the patio was closed, but the interior section is covered with a glass roof and the heat was cranked - making it a sweet spot to enjoy some bites and watch the rain. While RH doesn't have liquor, they do offer beer, wine, and mocktails. We each opted for the non-alcoholic drinks - truly so flavorful and delicious that we didn't even miss the liquor. For a starter, we split the crispy artichokes with rosemary aioli and lemon potatoes. If you order one thing on the menu let it be that!!! Overall, such a lovely experience. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area!

Recently visited for a birthday brunch/lunch. It's a beautiful rooftop restaurant. Food was delicious for the most part but quite pricey as most dishes that are not on the brunch menu are a la carte. Definitely a special occasion place for us and not somewhere we would just drop in while visiting the town center.

Ask the Community - RH Rooftop Restaurant at RH Jacksonville

Is there bar space to sit at?

I did not see a bar sitting. But there is a bar to grab a drink. There is also an open area outside to seat once you grab your drink .

How is the lunch experience?

If you're looking for ambiance, this is the place indefinitely. The food is amazing but look at the menu before. It's pricey, and I say that from a "had no idea about wine prices because they weren't listed" experience.

What's the dress code?

Nicer casual - jeans and a nice blouse, button down and slacks, etc.

Do they take reservations?

yes on open table

Do they have Happy Hour?

I visited 1 day ago, they do not have a full bar only very select beer and wine.

The music was a loop of calypso with the most annoying, nightmare inducing AI video I've ever seen. But I digress... The Food... my wife had a Cuban sandwich special which came with a guava smoothie (?) she also ordered a side of Yuca Frita. The insides of the sandwich were good but totally overtaken by the bread which was dry and too crumbly. But the thing that sums up this visit was the Yuca Fries...$4 for (I kid you not) THREE yuca fries! Yes, I said 3 little yuca fries on a small plate for $4!!!! I had the Vaca Frita with Yuca con Mojo and grilled veggies. The meat was dry but the flavors of all were pretty good. Ended the meal with "Cuban" coffee which was NOT Cuban coffee but what tasted like unsweetened instant espresso. And a flaN which was the highlight of the meal. Good portion, fresh and delicious. I was told this place had been open for 2 years. Hard to believe. Maybe we came at a bad time but I wouldn't expect a place like this to last six months. Oh, the server was pleasant enough. I don't think she knew just how bad things are. I'd give this place 1 star if not for the fact the flavors were okay. Oh yes, almost forgot...the bill for this lackluster of an experience was $58 including tip!! (Did I mention we drank water? Drink prices were incredibly overpriced). And finally, a terrible case of heartburn accompanied me for the rest of the evening. My wife and I grew up in South Florida so we kinda know what this food should taste like. Lots of decent to good Cuban restaurants in northeast Florida. This is not one of them. Needless to say, we won't be back!

It's a really nice environment. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and informative. I ordered the chicken and waffles. It was good but maybe not the best brunch choice. It just wasn't executed as well as I've had in some other places. It's designed to come with fried eggs right on top of the waffles. It also comes with gravy. The waffle and the gravy...impeccable. Fantastic gravy. The eggs were cooked very well. The chicken tenders were a bit bland and dry, the syrup almost a bit bitter. There are some home runs at Whiskey Cake, there are some items that are just OK. I'll be back, I just don't think I'll order the chicken and waffles again. I do recommend you try this place if you're in the town center though.
