Great little burger shack. Serve breakfast and lunch only. Don't expect fancy decor. Mostly old Cowboys memorabilia.

Meh. I was a little disappointed. I heard a lot of good things about this place and since is just down the street from my job, I decided to go have breakfast before coming in. The food was salty, a little overpriced and it just did not tasted good. I see everybody here posting pictures about burgers, so I think I should've came during lunch time instead. I will come back for lunch and will update my review. The service and atmosphere was great though. read more

Great burger. I have driven by this place for several years and wanted to stop in. I read a few Yelp reviews and decided that I needed to. This is a great little diner. Lots of Dallas Cowboys memorabilia on the walls. I got a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was hand formed and cooked well. The fries are thick cut and tasty. Don't take your friend who is on a diet or a vegetarian here. You will walk out smelling like the griddle where they cook everything, so be prepared. read more

This place is a little slice of Texas America covered in bacon and sausage. I would highly recommend the Stubb's breakfast sandwich to any first-timers. I mentioned it was my first time there and they gave me a free cup of coffee. Southern hospitality at its best. read more

Good food and decent portions. A convenient stop for folks working in the Coppell warehouse area. I've always been happy with the food. Parking can be a challenge during lunch. The lunch rush also tends to make you more of a number versus a customer . . . which is about thr only reason I'm not giving them a 5-star rating. This has always been a great place. The stub is the best breakfast sandwich in existence. I cannot recommend it more.

I ordered a sandwich combo to-go, which the menu board says includes: sandwich, fries and drink. After I ordered, the lady asked me if I wanted the drink? I asked does the combo come with the drink? She said it did. So I replied that I was confused by her asking me that, to which she said: some people don't want the drink. Not sure what that had to do with me, though. I had looked up, ordered a combo right off the board ... so assume I would want the drink, unless I mentioned I didn't? instead of asking me a question that makes no sense. I told her it was confusing for customers. She proceeded to slap a cup down, not provide a receipt, and not tell me my order number. Also their reuben sandwich was on soft, square rye bread, with definitely not enough meat inside to justify their $14.99 price point. For a hot sandwich with dripping sauerkraut, a dryer bread is needed. Add some meat! Never going back. You can buy one entire pound of deli meat for $10. Dismally disappointing overall, for a first visit. read more

I ate here when I first lived in DFW back in the early 90's and cant wait to go back now that I have returned(Take that Douglas M) I know when the Cowboys were winning Superbowl's they were eating there....maybe they should open one in Arlington. Hands down best restaurant in coppell, probably because it is the oldest restaurant there. It has been open since 1989, so you know it's legit. I always get the stubbs and a side of tater tots, whether it is breakfast or lunch. If you're a cowboys fan you have to stop here.the place is a regular for cowboys players. First time I had eaten here. I had the gyro and it was huge and tasted great. My son had the cheeseburger and tots....also very good. My youngest had kids pancakes and bacon and eggs...also very good. All portions were huge. This place is great! read more

Big portion but the burger meat doesn't taste fresh/unfrozen. Definitely greesy, fries appears to be made of potatoe but has consitency of Mc D's fries... no healthier choices on the menu. The lady combo is perfect just like it says for a "lady"... Don't get me wrong its a 1/4 burger but its packed with this nice flavor packed with juices. I called my order in at 11:30, told the guy i would need it at 12:30 when I got there the food was hot off the grill not premade ahead of time to make sure ready for 12:30.. The fries were thick cut fries with the right amount of salt, with the best sweet tea! the only thing is its in a small place (in the "duck off") with not that much parking, BUT thats only 5% thats why I gave them a 10/10! read more

We were at the airport dropping the kids off and wanted to grab something on the way home. Found this joint and it fit our route to I-35 and was about 10 minutes from the airport. Wife had, eggs, sausage and fried potatoes. The tator tots may have been a better choice as the fried had very little seasoning. Eggs perfect and her sausage was excellent. I had the Stubb's sandwich, it was great, scrambled eggs were done perfect. If we are ever back in the area, I will ask for it with a medium fried egg on it instead of scrambled. Thinking that would pull a 5 star for them, but just my preference! We both said we would go back and when you have all the choices a city the size of DFW brings that is a solid place. It is kind of a dive, but the kind you would expect from DDD not the scary kind. read more

The Coppell Deli is my happy place. My family and I have been eating here for years. It was recently renovated and sports a new look, but it's the same great food that's attracted a following. The menu also features lighter fare and they serve breakfast all day. The outdoor seating area now boasts a huge fireplace, which is great for enjoying a beer outside during the crisp nights we've had lately. I love the Coppell Deli and love that's it's part of the the downtown Coppell district that's coming to life. Don't miss the Stubbs sandwich or the Greek salad. My go-to spot in Coppell. They serve basic American food, Burgers, Pork chops, Sandwiches and Gyros. This place gives you monster portions. it is known for having a lot of Dallas Cowboy players go there but ever since the Dallas Cowboys practice facility moved to Frisco I'm pretty sure that's not the case anymore. The food quality is really really good you're going to spend about 12 to $15 on a typical burger. The burger will definatly fill you up. The double cheeseburger you can only eat half of that thing. It's size is just comical. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is somewhat robotic they don't put that much emphasis on customer service because they are always busy and they're just trying to move people through like cattle. But I don't go to these regular eat joints for customer service I just go to eat good tasty food and that's what these people provide. It's highly recommended and when you go out here, make sure you pay attention to the specials of the day. Once my buddy and i went here and he ordered a Caesar salad. They gave him a huge salad bowl. I hate salads but I I was actually looking at his food and I was like I would eat that it looks so good. This place is highly recommended. read more

I have been going to this place since I was in middle school with my family. Best burgers we have had. Fresh food, friendly owners! Put coppell on the map. I've heard about this place for a long time and finally stopped by. I knew where it was because it's on my way to Hard 8 (best bbq in the area). I had the bacon cheese burger with the tater tots. It was a huge burger that was just okay and the tots didn't do a lot for me either. Maybe I had too high of hope for the burger but I was underwhelmed. Cost about as much as 5 Guys and I'd rather have them next time. They do have some cool Cowboys stuff. The breakfast is probably better than their lunch. read more

I've been here a bunch of times, though mainly just because of convenience. If you're looking to pick up an alright breakfast sandwich on the way to work or for lunch or something then this is the place to be. I can't say I'd suggest eating in here, since it's a pretty old and unappealing building. read more

Was taken here by a co-worker today for lunch and liked it. Not really a deli but rather more of a rural, country roadside burger and sandwhiches lunch stop. Great handmade, burger with adequate large size portion of french fries. the 90's Cowboys posters on the walls were cool to look and remember those championship teams added to the environment. TV had ESPN going - but not only a "guys" joint. 1/2 the dining room was ladies from nearby offices. Food was served within 5 minutes of ordering. Both burgers, fries and large drinks came to $16. I often travel to Dallas for business, and I always make at least one stop at Coppel Deli, over the years I've brought several customers to this restaurant. I've always had a good experience, and the food is always great! Unfortunately, my experience today will prevent me from returning or bringing clients here. My flight arrived at 1:30, I called and placed my order, scheduled Uber, and was on my way. I went pass my customers office to stop by restaurant and pick up my order. I walked in, gave my name, and asked for my order and was told by Sammy that he forgot, never made my order, and I could wait for them to make it now. But obviously with a car waiting outside I couldn't just sit and wait, especially considering I placed my order at least 25 minutes prior to arriving. I called and asked if the order could be delivered, I was told no, and that I should have just waited. Really???? Sammy didn't care that he dropped the ball, and it was clear there was absolutely no regard for me or my business. I really liked this place, but I will not spend my or my companies money at an establishment that provides this level of disregard for their customers. read more

i couldnt possibly give this anything less than 5 stars!! me being from the country...i often am looking for lil mom & pop spots such as this place...it had that neighborhood (everyone knows everyone) feel to it...we went in for lunch around 1pm...it wasnt crowded which was great but the guy working the register as well as the cook were both very friendly!! the food was awesome...i had a fish sandwich (could've used a tad of seasoning) but even still it was not only great...it was huge!! the description on the menu says 2 filets...that was 2 whole fish...lol!! the onion rings were big & cripsy...i was stuffed when i left & actually had fish left over for another sandwich...lol!!! i will def be going back there!! the only downside is the construction...but once you figure out where you're going...its on & poppin!!! read more
