For that price, I expected fresh, well-prepared food and certainly didn't expect to be charged extra for a little honey just to make an overcooked meal edible. I was genuinely offended by that. There was no need to rush us, and there was certainly no need for that kind of passive-aggressive move. Management: please don't respond with "We're sorry about your experience, come back again." We won't be coming back. What your staff needs isn't an apology template, it's real training on how to treat customers, especially ones spending real money in your restaurant.
