When you go downstairs and scan their QR code, it brings you to the same interface but on a website rather than an app, and that worked fine. The chicken wrap with fries was pretty good and was my go to. The house salad wasn't great and I wouldn't try it again. The half order of the tuna was decent but I loved the pickled veggies under them and would have just had a bowl of those! She proceeded to tell me that the wait was 45 minutes. I was confused, I showed her my confirmation text. She said again, "That's wrong." Based on her tone and facial expressions I'm going to assume this was a line she had used several times this Sunday. We left, went to J Macklins across the street and took the 4 people waiting behind us with us as well. They had also made reservations and were told that, "the reservations don't mean anything." I'm not sure what business model Hemingways is following, but it isn't working.
