Our waiter was very kind and friendly, which was one of the few positives. However, the restaurant itself was extremely hot, to the point of being uncomfortable. It didn't seem like there was adequate A/C, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. After placing our order, it took about 40 minutes for the food to arrive. I ordered the chicken riggies, and it came out cold and undercooked, which was very disappointing. Throughout the meal, the waiter would disappear for long periods and didn't check in to see if we needed anything. He did offer to bring out a complimentary dessert, which we appreciated--but unfortunately, it never came. Overall, for the price, I expected much better service and food quality. I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't return based on this experience.
