Unlike some of the lesser brands that i don't like, carquest filters are made by WIX. The shop is clean, compared to other auto parts that is. No puddles of grease or oil on the ground. Service is simple they get you what you're looking for and that's it. I ask for other parts and instead of automatically assuming it doesn't exist, which has happened, they look it up anyways to be sure. overall a pleasureable shopping experience. i get what i want and no young high school kid arguing with me.

After making the purchase, it was a week already and it started to concern me as to when the product will arrive. To keep it short, I called more than 10 times to follow up and waited almost 6 months until I finally canceled my order. Probably the worst experience ever with a vendor like Heeltoe. I am not badmouthing the business but it's the honest truth. There couldve been a better route and solution to this. Not even a decent service recovery. All I got offered was a certain percentage off and a sarcastically saying "free shirt". I spoke to Marcus(THE OWNER) several times and he failed to follow up with me regarding why it was taking so long. First he said it was very unusual for the shipment to be delayed, then he said its not because of the pandemic, and then he said it was because of the pandemic, then he found out his warehouse was relocated, ETC. I question how does an owner of a company does not know where he the products he sells goes or how long it takes. I ended up having to contact the manufacturer that makes the exhaust system and they were able to provide me with such better answers within a timeframe. It was one heck of a experience that I wish no one else goes through because it delays not only their time but special projects that need to be completed. Service recovery is VERY important and I feel like I didn't receive any at all. Word of advice to those who buy from Heeltoe: Please contact the company before buying a product.
