It was borderline impossible to have an intelligent conversation about the issue and potential fix. It was through my home warranty so I didn't have a choice but when I asked for a different technician to come they still sent the same guy. Even when I showed him VIDEO of the issue happening in real time it was like talking to a wall. He gave me some BS about it being fine, AFTER SHOWING HIM THE VIDEO. Not only that but they supposedly ordered a new part and he didn't even install it because he was there for 3 minutes and said "is no leak" even though I tried to explain to him that it happens at the end of the cycle. So now I had to call and demand a new company completely to come through my warranty provider because it's been over 5 weeks of the same back and forth. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY unless you happen to speak whatever language they speak. If I owed a company in France, I would expect all my employees to be able to speak French. How you think you can do business in a country you don't speak the language is beyond me I promise you all these 5-star reviews were purchased. There's no way they earned them

But after following up with him multiple times, he completely ghosted him. No messages, no instructions, no follow-up -- nothing. He pretended that he sent the instructions to him, but didn't. My brother was left jobless because he believed someone who gave him false hope. It's beyond frustrating to see a small business treat someone this way, especially a young person who was genuinely excited and ready to work. I'm sharing this because people deserve to know how things are handled behind the scenes. If you are reading this as the owner of ActFast Appliances, you should be ASHAMEDDDDD of yourself.

I contacted Act Fast Appliance Repair two days before Thanksgiving and the repair person was able to come out and took care of both problems at a reasonable costs and with a one year warranty. The more difficult (at least I thought it would be) was to regrout the countertops that were bordering the wall. They had become gross and couldn't be cleaned anymore because the dirt was like stuck underneath so he pulled them all up and regrouted in like 10 minutes. Then he noticed that inside our sink some of the group was coming up as well. He didn't even charge us extra and replaced that in like 2 minutes. Everything was done outstandingly and we will definitely be using them again.

Not measured correctly, had to add extra trim to cover their mistake on our large backsplash slab. Then the measurement person said it was because we were doing a replacement and measurements can be off. The seams are huge and visible and couldn't be adjusted after being placed, I noticed 1 corner wasn't finished and they had to adjust it on site . 9 months later and we have discoloration on multiple edges despite sealing it. I've asked for help and they said this isn't covered under the warranty. I'm looking at costly repairs or replacement on something I waited 15 years to change out. They did do a good job on my quartz remnant for my bathroom vanity but I had to really convince of them if the placement of the sinks as it's off set from what is usual. I would not use them again and it's a shame. Deb was great to work with and is a huge asset to them.
