From the moment the technician arrived, he seemed upset that I wasn't there. He then became irritated after learning I had previously asked another company to inspect the appliance. As a paying customer, I have every right to get a second opinion before deciding on a repair. He also questioned how I was going to pay, and when I told him I could pay with cash or card--whichever he preferred--his attitude only got worse. He became loud, rude, and unprofessional before deciding to leave without even completing the inspection. The most disappointing part was that this happened inside my home, in front of my family, including my son. If I remember correctly, his name was Brad (the technician, or possibly the owner of the company), although I can't say with complete certainty. Respect and professionalism should never be optional when you're entering someone's home. Unfortunately, that was completely missing during this visit. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Which was less than I used to pay when Sears was still around. He came and explained to the husband what needed to be done and how much it would be and fixed our dryer. Today we needed him again for our washer. Again he fixed the problem quickly and for a fair price. Needless to say we were very impressed with Ray's work and he has two very satisfied customers here.
