First time eating here we went for breakfast, we were seated fast the service is kind of slow and they forget about you for a bit. But the food was delicious I had the blueberries pancakes top with fresh bananas and 2 eggs country potatoes which were delicious I'm usually a hash browns person but I was told to try the country potatoes. Bacon and sausage with a coffee. I saw they had biscuits and gravy had to try but their biscuits was a little dry not fluffy or flaky. Visited this place quite often, but decided to write an official review for my latest visit on 1/15/26. We were seated shortly at a booth, where we ordered two cups of coffee. Their coffee is a must-have if you enjoy a simple cup of joe, it's delicious and honestly addicting, especially with their unlimited refills to which they're very attentive and generous with! I had three cups of coffee once at a meal, I was greatly satisfied. I ordered my usual which is the Create Your Own Breakfast Combo! My plate comes with two sausage links, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns, and a plate of french toast. All very delicious and fresh, the eggs and cheese are cooked to perfection and the hash browns are super crispy! (Also they always give me an insane amount, like look at my portion..!!) It's a little out of the way for us, but definitely worth the short drive. Lots of parking! The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. The menu was huge. Like seriously. The vibe was very family oriented. We got seated in less than 10mins. Crazy enough it should have felt like it was a busy atmosphere because as we headed to our table it was packed. We knew the front besides the bar area was full so it surprised us as we turned the corner that the restraunt was pretty full. Corabella's is such a great diner. Their omelettes are great, they give you a ton of toppings in them. Today I tried the country fried steak and eggs and it was perfect - great breading, great gravy. I think I prefer the breakfast potatoes over their hash browns, but the hashbrowns are very solid as well. My dad got the senior omelette and it was still a lot of food. I've gone here several times, I've gone with friends who have had their waffles and loved them as well. Recently they've started "seasonal offerings" that look really great, if I still lived here, I would try all of them. It can get busy, but they're always try to seat you ASAP without rushing any customers. They offer a lot of refills on coffee and hot cocoa. I got the chicken fried steak with a biscuit on the side and I definitely recommend. The gravy was flavorful and covered the whole steak. Mariajose served us on our first visit and she was excellent. She was attentive and kept our coffee refilled. She was friendly and professional. We had another staff on our second visit and she wasn't as attentive as Mariajose. I had to flag her for more coffee. Wait wasn't too bad. It looks like there were 4 cooks so food was pretty fast.
