The morning breakfast buffet offers an appealing variety, blending sweet and savory options. The scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage are satisfying, though seeing hotel maintenance staff lining up to make their plates slightly detracts from the luxurious atmosphere the hotel aims to create. Among the highlights are the delicious avocado toast and freshly made peach smoothies complemented by a good selection of condiments. There's also a green juice station and grapefruit juice to enjoy. While I'm unsure if the scrambled eggs are authentic, the omelet station adds a nice touch. The true standout is the restaurant's interior design, featuring an open kitchen view with a charming, country-themed glass display. Overall, the buffet is satisfactory, but since it caters to the nearby convention center, the food quality doesn't quite match the inviting ambiance of the space.

The food was decent, the fish left a bit to be desired. It's great for a hotel bar, nice tables and good service. Would love to try some other things on the menu.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Hyatt convention center in Downtown Denver. The ambiance was quiet and modern. I liked the copper tubing system over the bar. I was seated quickly and the service was prompt and attentive . As I was staying at the hotel, I sampled their breakfast buffet and a couple dinners. All in all the experiences were positive. Don't overlook this restaurant if you are staying at the Hyatt or visiting the convention center

Staff was nice and attentive. The decor is bright and trendy. The buffet was tempting but I ordered the egg white fritatta, with spinach, cheddar and tomatoes. It came with fruit, potatoes and pastry. Also coffee and juice. It was very good especially when paired with sour cream and salsa Verde. Definitely recommend.

Great lunch option near the convention center. Stopped in with a colleague for a quick lunch during a conference and sat at the bar. The bartender was super friendly, attentive and quick! Lunch menu is great and everything looked delicious! I opted for the chicken sandwich and my colleague the southwest bowl. Food was good, came out quick and we were in and out in ample time to continue our busy work day. Beautifully decorated restaurant!

You never know what you're going to get when you go to a restaurant located in a Hotel, but Former Saint Craft Kitchen was a very great experience. The food is really good, the place looks amazing, and the I really enjoyed it overall. I got the Bison Philly and it was awesome. I was very interested in all their "on bread" options of you're looking for something a little less formal and was very pleased with my selection. The food was really good, the drinks were good as well. Overall, it was a great place to go to prior to attending an event at the nearby Bellco Theater.

Lunch @formersaintdenver so healthy and good! Loved the cauliflower crust flatbread covered in roasted pumpkin sauce, kale, caramelized garlic and fried sage ! The Mac and cheese is simple yet comforting-lived the pasta shape! Service was impeccable.

Great drinks, great food. I came during a super busy lunch hour with a major convention going on; Robert and Erik handled the large crowd like a boss!!! Got my order quickly, got my food and drinks quickly. Service was amazing and friendly!

Still thinking about those mushrooms from our late-night pre-bed appetizer of sorts, mmm! Server word choice was a little odd with some sarcasm that was tricky to read, but staff was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Would definitely eat here again even if not staying at the hotel. Very cool design and the leather chairs at the big table were so comfy that I wanted to stay another hour for more drinks.

Had lunch here twice and dinner once while visiting Denver for a work conference. Ambiance is very open, modern, and bright. All the servers, hostesses, and managers that interacted with me were really on top of managing the customer's experience. They work together to ensure each person has what they need. Very attentive!! I had the Bison Philly on my first visit, the Colorado Cobb salad with chicken on my second trip, and the Bison ribeye on my dinner trip. Entrees were very good. The Bison ribeye was off the charts. I also had the red velvet cake for dessert which was delicious and filling (share it if you can). I'd highly recommend this spot.

Came to lunch with a colleague when we were attending a large conference in the Denver Convention Center across the street. It was 12:30pm on a busy Friday and business seemed quite good for them. However, we were seated quickly and the server was attentive - water, menu, and utensils came right after. We ordered the kale salad with salmon ($8 for two pieces, not bad) and a Ruben sandwich. Both were excellent! The salmon was nicely cooked to a crispy surface but inside was juicy and tender! Beautiful and spacious dining room and pleasant experience! I've been eating around the Convention Center for about a week now and I'd say this is one of the better spots for lunch around the Center. Great location too - it's the first restaurant you'd see coming out of the Convention Center on the right side of the street. Reasonable prices too for this area. Both of our orders were under $20. No complaints here and would highly recommend it to conference goers! I'd say this is

We came for birthday dinner during Restaurant Week in Denver. Although they appeared short staffed with servers the management stepped up and made food deliveries as well as checking in tables. That gets bonus points! We all had something different for appetizer, main course and desert. Not a single thing disappointed us. My prime rib was cooked to perfection with the skin charred and seasoned just right. We enjoyed the openness of the restaurant to see the pipes. Lighting was just right for the evening out. Nadia was a great server.

If you like Ale beer onion soup, so good get extra cheese you probably won't need it though :-)

Businessmen getting breakfast before a meeting, young couples, and friend groups would all feel comfortable dining here. Breakfast was delicious and came out quickly. Hostess was attentive and friendly. Steak was tender but lacked seasoning, not a big deal. Loaded tots are to die for, you need to get these with your meal, you won't regret it. Would recommend if in the area, but nothing to go out of your way for. 8.5 out of 10 would recommend.

Upon doing so, you notice they've added two unusual changes -- a 2% "restaurant impact fee" and a 1% "kitchen staffing fee." We were told that the fee helps pay the kitchen staff because the wait staff doesn't share tips with them. We asked to have it removed and were told it cannot be removed. This is a problem based on principle and nothing else. There are costs associated with running a business. Pay your employees properly so that these fees don't need to be added. Be honest about it -- increase the cost of menu items if necessary -- but don't add HIDDEN fees! It makes you look slimy and dishonest. At the very least, remove the fees when your customers don't want to pay them. This really pales our opinion of this place. It's irritating and embarrassing for everyone, including the wait staff who have to explain the fees to the patrons, and in this case, receive a smaller tip.

The Mortadella Sammy was sweet and salty, the combination of the fontina cheese and the blueberry jam worked well together. SPACE: Located in the highlands, this place has become the new "it" spot when it comes to breakfast. It's easy to spot on the corner, has decent street parking options and cute as pie inside. Bright colors splash the walls, which are lined with booths and tables alike. Community seating is in the middle, which the girls and I were happy to dine at. The color scheme here is so fun and welcoming, creating a happy and fun vibe. SERVICE: We were greeted inside by a friendly host who explained they were on a small wait. MAKE A RESERVATION and you'll be able to skip the wait, like we did, as this place is popular and fills up fast! Our server, his name escapes me now, was SO fun. He had us laughing, excited about the various food and drink offerings and made us feel right at home. It was obvious he was outgoing and truly enjoyed his job, which made all the difference in service! SIPS: We all opted for various coffee and matcha drinks. I sipped on the iced cereal milk latte, while my sister sampled the fruity pebbles matcha and our cousin had the cortado. YUM! SUSTENANCE: Such fun and different food options - which had us craving both savory and sweet! We started with the sausage in a blanket and loaded hashbrown, which was so good! My sister opted for a benedict, cousin got the massive breakfast burrito, and I opted for the breakfast salad - which was perfectly seasoned, crunchy, salty with a runny egg on top. SERIOUSLY YUM! We also chose to try the buttermilk and blueberry pancakes, because why the heck not?! Everything came out in good time, was pretty in presentation and absolutely delicious! Portions are massive so come hungry! Here's to more breakfast dates at this new and fun spot!!
