We hired Corinthian Transportation for our wedding in September 2019 and they were fantastic! We hired 6 shuttles to transport our 140 wedding guests from downtown Los Gatos to our venue Nestldown and back again at the end of the night. Nestldown is on the windy Highway 17 so it was very important to us that our guests travel safely, and I felt my guests were in great hands. WHAT AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used this company's party bus ammenity for my 30th birthday and it was spectacular! NOT ONLY was the bus itself the most beautiful transportation I've ever used; coming fulling equiped with champagne, soda and water for my party crew, but our driver, Bernie, was AMAZING!!! We toured around San Francisco and he offered up suggestions as well as making some last minute changes! He even dropped off small groups of my friends different places so no one would have to worry about driving home intoxicated. And the best part was he did it with a smile. With the craziness of ppl, dancing, booze (already on the bus and the cooler we got to bring on) and the volume of music I don't know how he did it! A true angel!!!! I hired Corinthian for my wedding in July, and I will never use them again!! My coordinator had sent them a timeline at least a month and a half before the wedding and THE DAY BEFORE, they called saying they didnt know where they were picking us up from and that they were going to charge us $600 extra for extra time which the booking agent did not make clear! Everything was laid out and they dropped that on us last minute, literally me in my wedding dress ready to get in the car and the driver says i need $600 more! ON TOP OF THAT they charged my credit card the extra $600 in addition to the cash we gave them on the day of! I give them 2 stars because the drivers were very nice and patient with us, also the problem resolution was good... I got my extra money back pretty quickly. Sad to say they almost ruined my wedding day and I will never even think of using them again.. read more

First experience was great. The manager filled in that day and was great driving us to and from SF. Our second experience with a different driver (Mark) was a disaster. He drove us to a restaurant in SF. Dropped us off three blocks away from the restaurant and pointed us in the wrong direction. Keep in mind this was a dark deserted street. I could have driven myself and parked smack in front of the restaurant. Parking certainly wasn't an issue on this street. When it was time to be picked up, we called him seven times on his cell. He never answered. Happened to find him outside parked across the street. A 45 minute drive home from SF turned into a 2.5 hour drive. He got lost several times in SF. We gave the addresses ahead of time to Corinthian. He complained his GPS navigation was slow. Why didn't the driver print map quest directions in advance? VERY aggravating experience... read more

I booked white hummer for my wedding but I realized they didn't take the deposit and didn't send me contract for awhile. When you are preparing wedding, working with so many different venders, you can necessarily check with them every day. But since I noticed I didn't get the contract, I gave them a call. But I honestly didn't doubt that I have my reservation which is only two months away now. When I called they told me that their white hummer broke down and it's not longer in service. They said they called me but I never received a call or message from them. If they left a message to my cell, there's no way I would not call them back to find out what's my next options. They offered a party bus. But honestly, who wants party bus for your wedding? I specifically wanted white hummer only! I was so angry with them for not letting me know ASAP. I made my reservation a month ago but they didn't bother to call me or even email me to get hold of me. I'm so glad I called to double check. I told them I don't want a party bus for my wedding and I found other limo service which was even little bit cheaper than Corinthian. They emailed me right away with contract and didn't have problem. This was one of my favorite limo services of all time. The driver was so nice and friendly. I had accidentally broken the aux cord and the driver went to go buy as a new one right away. He got there 15 minutes before our reserved time and did not once rush us. I really recommend this limosine service any day. We were a group of about 20 ladies with a plan to go wine tasting and picknicking. The rain/sun/rain/sun weather that day kept us guessing as to where our destinations would actually be (we didn't want to be stuck outside in the downpour), but our driver was so accommodating and made it work for us! There were a couple of tight turns coming in and out of some of the wineries, but he handled it like a pro. Bluetooth connection to the music system had us dancing! Also, the bus was very nice and super clean. I very much appreciated the head room, you could stand up straight and walk, no crouching!, when you wanted to change seats. Legit! Threw my daughter a awesome birthday party. Initially inquired about a standard limo, explained how it was not only my daughters bday but also her going away party and I wanted it to be extra special, Rachel assisted me an she upgraded the limo to a pink hummer for the same price as the basic limo I was looking for, super deal! Honestly Rachel had exemplary customer service skills I must say...The limo was prompt and exceptional with Laura Soto as our driver. She was thorough and soooo nice! What can I say other than, "WOW" super impressed. Albert was my driver and we hit a snag on Friday, Aug 1 as my flight out of SFO was delayed by 71 mins. I was on the phone with the airline when they found 1 seat going out of San Jose. Albert immediately turned the car around and got me to SJC in time for a 1:10 flight out. He is poised, calm, cool and makes sure the passenger is fine. On my way back I was hoping he would be my driver and there he was. I rented their Champagne Party Bus for a weekend of wine tasting in Morgan Hill and Gilroy. The service was outstanding, from the first phone call to Jason (coordinator) to last handshake of our driver Dan. The bus was fabulous, coming stocked with champagne and OJ so we can drink mimosas on our way to the wineries. It can fit 30 people in it's plush leather seats, but the 19 people we had was just right with plenty of room to dance to the music blasting from the awesome stereo system that you can hook up an Ipod. Did I mention it had FOUR WET BARS????.........FOUR!!!!! We were even watching Jersey Shore on the plasma TV!!!! We lived like kings that day and Dan, our driver, certainly made us feel like it. He was very friendly and would accommodate our every need. We ended up substituting our last winery for another and he had no problem with that. All he needed was the address and it was all good. This event was for my girlfriend's birthday and she will never forget it! She loved it so much she is considering using Corinthian for her company socials. I was heading to Colorado and needed a sure-fire ride to the airport kind of quick. When I called I got Marissa, she had a super friendly voice and locked up the ride with efficiency; she filled me in on all of the information and to my surprise everything went as she said it would (which is rare for a lot of limo/taxi companies in my experience.) I also ordered 2 limos for the bridal party and the groomsman as well as a town car to pick my husband and I up at our venue to take us back to our hotel. I emailed around seven to eight different bus companies and Corinthian Transportation had the best pricing out of all of them. The reservationist was friendly and didn't mind all the questions I had. Our bus driver, Raul, was awesome. He arrived 30 minutes early and was a great driver. We all loved him! The bus itself was very large, had air conditioning, functioning blinds, colorful lights, and a speaker system that you can connect with your phone so that you can play your own music during the ride. Just gave a call and Chris went over all our options. Ended up with an SUV and the prices were extremely reasonable (especially being in the south bay). 2. The service was perfect.
