I don't usually come to Corky's for lunch or dinner. But today I was busy, I had to stop here to eat with my folks because we just had a long day. The servers could not recommend a lunch or dinner plate, they preferred chicken over steak, so we went with chicken. I ordered the corkys clucker chicken sandwich the item on the flyer looks good. I asked for no sauce. They gave it to me with sauce, and it looked nothing like the image. I tried to be respectful and eat half, and left the plate at the end of the table with my scraps and trash on the plate. Thanks to our Waitress Christy it was an enjoyable meal and dinning experience. I must admit had been there before and I was not impressed at the least. However, everything and everybody deserves a second chance..we all have bad days. Can only speak for what I Ordered which was the Avo Toast you can definitely skip on that, it was not good! They serve Mimosas so I had a cranberry mimosa that was good! Our server can't remember her name she was great, the lady who came to take our plates was rude though. So overall i say blah to this place lol felt like this was a run down old place but I'm pretty sure they only opened a few years ok so idk seems like they can use an upgrade. read more

I think Corky's is our favorite breakfast spot. But go hungry. Portions are large. Lots of variety on the menu. Try the blueberry pancakes.

The service was decent but everything was pretty pricey for no reason the coke I had was 5 bucks I didn't even get a refill , the blueberry pancakes looked good but were bland. I also had the turkey melt which was so dry and the turkey didn't have a sprinkle of seasoning, the fries were the best part of the meal. read more

I had never heard of Corky's before coming out to the Inland Empire area. It's similar to a Dennys but in addition to the comfort food, they also have a bakery where you can get pies and cookies. In fact the Yelp check-in gets you a free cookie if you purchase at least $15 worth of food. I've been to two locations and I've really only had the Cobb salad which is a huge plate of food. It's very good and probably the only thing I can really have here if I want to maintain my keto regimen. Although similar to Dennys in food, they unfortunately aren't set up with electrical outlets where you can plug into and do some work after eating. The prices are also a bit higher but the menu selection seems really good and portions are generous. The food seems fresh and not as processed as similar places. The wait staff always seem to be very friendly and check on you often. I think I read they are a Christian restaurant so that might be the reason why. If I need to eat out, this is a place I would come to if one were close to me. read more

We have driven by Corky's coming and going from Temecula for a while. On Sunday we had an errand in the area and decided to stop in. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Nikki like we were old friends. She sat us immediately and was our server. What an absolute delight she is. You can tell she loves her job and she really cares. There was a table close to us that complained about their bacon AFTER they got their check. Nikki handled them so sweetly and brought them bacon to-go! Our food was delicious, we both ate way more than we usually do and still brought it home. Of course we needed to come back again. This time around it was just like before. Quick service and great food! The stars are for our waitress she was great. I ordered the biscuits and gravy because I have been craving it. And also I've seen some pictures. It looked really good. So, I gave it a try. I'm hoping the chef was just having a bad day because it was horrible. All I could taste was pepper and raw flour. There was actually no flavor whatsoever. You couldn't even taste the sausage. It was very disappointing. So, with that being said I'm gonna give it one more try. The reason being everyone is entitled to an off day. And I'm really hoping that was the case. Drove a very long way (90 miles one way) to meet a friend for breakfast. The wait wasn't too long but not a single staffer wore a mask and several guests waiting for tables didn't have one on either. We got to our table and a surly woman brought silverware and barely returned our greeting. It took a long time to get coffee. I had to ask three times. The food was horrible. I know it was Sunday and they were slammed but it really wasn't good. The hash browns were raw and that should have been obvious in the kitchen. My California omelette had avocado on top as it should, but slipped in there were pieces of honeydew melon. Like maybe I wouldn't notice they'd run out of avocado or something? We had a mixed up order for Christmas dinner. But, the Manager, Mike, was so unbelievable accommodating and professional, we were blown away! Hard to find customer service like this, especially during this pandemic. He straightened out our order and blessed us with an extra meatloaf order for our trouble of driving back to the restaurant. Who wouldn't drive 15 miles for the meatloaf dinner; we did! Everything was to die for; the turkey & stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, chili, etc. For $16 each, we will be back for more! What a GREAT breakfast spot! The last time I went here, there was a bit of a wait. But that was to be expected as it was a Sunday morning. Initially they told us about 30 minutes, but they were able to get us in in about 15 minutes. It was great. Once seated, the waitress was very attentive. She helped me break a tie between two breakfast options because I couldn't decide and she totally picked an amazing option! The coffee refills kept coming, and there was never a shortage of creamer. Unfortunately, the ticket machine had went down during our visit so our first initial order didn't get placed when it was first taken down from us. But, the waitress was so kind and told us immediately and there was no way in heck I was going to be upset about it because the service was awesome. She put in our order again right after that, and we only had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get our food. You really can't go wrong with any of the breakfast items that they offer. Incredibly insensitive waitress. From the moment this wretched human being (woman) laid eyes on my family and I we knew she was going to be bad news. She looked at us as if we were insects. That shows you Corky's Kitchen & Bakery's integrity in the hiring process of the quality of employee they hire. She was incredibly racist and horrid. Why are people like that? Furthermore, she was going to show us and make a point that she did not want us there. She executed this by making us wait over an hour for our food. She was going to show us "Who was boss!" When the food did come out it was cold and hard. The waitress came to our table four times telling us this was our order. Which it was not. Every time she came she was complaining how busy she was and how short staffed the restaurant was. She had no work ethic. Bite your tongue and get the job done! ALERT CORKY'S MANAGER!!! We like corky it's pricey but good most the time. I went got chef salad wasn't real good lots of meat. But not muck salad on a salad hardly any tomatoes or cucumbers wasn't good at all to bad I get this often won't be any longer the bacon was terrible big thick chunks of dried out hard as rock bacon left most of it ate the turkey. Only reason for 3 stars is we enjoy corky but will be just coming for breakfast here on out. I was surprised how bad this was we eat here a lot and only time it was bad only problem it was really bad left most of it. September 12,2021 woke up with the taste for French toast so I ordered the cinnamon swirl French toast combo, I was highly disappointed because they tasted like they took the cinnamon swirl flavored Texas toast still bread right out of the bag and toasted them on the grill without dipping them in the milk / egg mixture to make them moist, end result they tasted dry / chalky, could only eat one to two bites, pretty stingy with the powdered white sugar on the French toast, so I ordered a side of buttered white toast to finish my meal, yes they did take the cinnamon swirl French toast off of my bill without me requesting them to...
