We stopped by Corky's today for lunch. First came in and the hostess did not greet us and just looked at us like she didn't want any customers. We were sat directly next to another group of people. There were only like 4 tables being used and it would have been a whole lot safer and comfortable to be at least 1 table away since people are still getting Covid. Now to the food. My daughter order Belgian waffles and a side of hash browns. She was brought French toast so that's what she ate. The French toast and hash browns was around 20 dollars! I ordered my favorite rueben sandwich which I had at many restaurants all over the country and never found one I didn't like. Then I brought my food The corn beef on this sandwich was like crispy bacon and it was so greasy in completely made the bread soggy. This is the second time we gave this restaurant a try and it was worse then the first one so we will not go back. Oh and I wrote in a tip for the waitress on my receipt and her extra 10 dollars never came out of the account so I guess they just stiffed her. On a good note i brought a couple of cheesecakes for the holidays last year from them and they were excellent. If they don't get friendlier hostesses I won't even be going back for those. It's way to expensive for the quality of food you will receive. Save your money and go to Denny's. read more

My boyfriend and I went in on a Sunday morning. The food was sooo yummy. I love all things pumpkin and I tried their pumpkin pancake breakfast, my boyfriend got caramel cheesecake french toast. the only good part was the HOST and the food. the server was trash. all the servers that were in their looked like stuck up blondes. our server didn't greet us, asked for our drinks immediately, brought us our food, and never checked on us or brought us refills. the servers around us noticed that we were sitting there after we were done with our food for about 15 minutes, she finally came by and gave us our check and came back with refills finally, which was ridiculous because we were already going to leave. i've never been to a place and have been completely ignored like that. i have two serving jobs, including a breakfast joint and im not sure what the issue was. it was completely unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. it didn't feel like we were wanted there, it was pretty awkward. i felt bad at first because i assumed she was busy, but she had about 3 tables in her section. i would definitely try again because the food was amazing, but definitely different server lol. let's do better!!!! read more

Our visit for lunch was amazing. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Our food was brought out promptly and hot. The portions were huge and we definitely had leftovers to take home. We arrive and once we're seated we finally decide to check the reviews, and I must say they weren't pleasant. "Put that away" he was right. My wife, grandson, his friend and myself all ate at this Corky's. Service was lousy, all of our meals came out at different times. There was a significant time between each meal coming out. Had to ask 3 times for water for my grandson. I complained to the manager about the meals not coming at the same time and I was told that they served the meals as they are prepared. So y'all know I am not a breakfast person...never have been, never will be. Corky's makes a mighty fine breakfast and mighty big at that. My fave corned beef hash...great and truly homemade. It was a new take for me, they bake the corned beef, chill it, grind it, mix it with mashed potatoes so it can be fried crispy. Oh so yummy! Two of our group had the restaurant's best seller, the Hobo skillet; 3 meats along with veggies, over hash browns, covered with cheese. Most dishes are accompanied with a homemade biscuit and gravy. Service was friendly and informative. Very quick. Good dining atmosphere, busy, and clean. Definitely deserves the effort of waking up and having breakfast with all the other morning eaters. read more

Just ate at Corky's for the first time and was very impressed. The wait looked long when we arrived but there was plenty of outside seating and they got us in more quickly than I anticipated. Loved the huge portions, and very good service. My family, a party of 7, had a good variety from the menu including nachos, burgers, an omelette and chicken fingers. Everything came out hot and our orders were all correct. Even took a pie home that was really good! Will definitely be going back. Would recommend for those looking for a variety of food, as they have 24 hour breakfast, and a good selection of appetizers, baked goods and entrees. One more note: they're 24 hours. We have never had bad service here whatsoever & the staff is always so kind & friendly. However, I am writing this review because of my experience today. This is amid the COVID shutdowns & all that so keep in mind. I have had a rough day all day, pregnant & high risk & dealing with complications at the doctor's office due to their mess up. Over stressed & upset I came in with a book & just wanted a slice of pie as comfort food. The staff, even with all the stress of not having much in-house business were so overly kind & sweet. The manager noticed the book I was reading & we had a conversation about the author & he made an extremely kind gesture because he had a few extra books from that author & offered them to me. I understand that has nothing to do with food... but these people were so kind to me today & it was truly a day that I needed it. It made my entire day change from terrible to great.
