I wanted to like this place, but the overall experience fell short…read more Food-wise, it's just okay. I ordered a cheese slice, and it wasn't anything memorable. The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.

This is a food truck located in Galeton. It's a small village 7 miles east of Eaton (taken by…read moreCollins Street from US-85). The truck serves casual American food. I went there for 3 separate occasions back in February. For the first time, I ordered the cheesesteak. I ordered it with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and tomato sauce. This is the hoagie style cheesesteak that I enjoyed eating at Wawa when I lived in Florida and visiting New Jersey. The beef used wasn't prepared as cut steak, but rather the shredded beef found in Mexican food. It was still quite good. I also ordered mild chicken wings to-go, and they were delicious. For the second time, I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, ketchup, and mustard. This is the best burger I've had out in Colorado. I preferred it over In N Out Burger and Stevens Grill in Eaton. The whole sandwich was incredibly savory. It also came with steak fries with a hint of garlic salt. For the third time, I ordered chicken wings with Caribbean jerk. I remembered having jerk chicken when I dined in Florida. This was also quite good. I also ordered an iced coffee drink, and enjoyed it. There was only one guy who worked here, and he owned the place. Because there was only one person, the food did take a little while to be prepared. However, then end result was made with quality, and the food looked like a well-crafted art project. This place also accepts all 4 major credit cards. The sales tax is only 2.9%, which is the lowest for Colorado. The prices are also reasonable. For residents in the area, I'd recommend trying this place out. I would even recommend residents from Greeley to make the drive up there. I live in Greeley, and this place is a huge upgrade in terms of taste to most of the restaurants I've eaten at there.
