Whomever owns this Panera Bread store in Greeley, apparently doesn't seem to care about quality customer service or food. When it first opened years ago, it was managed well. I've been there in the past year many times, to be disappointed in numerous ways. Things are wearing out, fireplace is out of service for at least a year, It is apparent the owner isn't around much and the training by management of workers may be a bit sub par. It's very slow, there's less of the good stuff in the salads, I also had an employee in drive through make me feel bad about asking for extra dressing. He basically ignored me and I had to respond to him again with his smug attitude. Why ask for a second dressing? Because , when they give you a container of dressing, it's barely half full. The dressing amount is this way most times that I've experienced. This may be why they are failing, they don't care, they don't go out of their way to make it a good experience. I don't complain unless it's happened more than once or it's an obvious blunder by management. Wishing for a store that succeeds but it looks possibly bleak for this one. Maybe....they could learn from the Chick store next door that consistently have backed up drive up lines. This location has always been the worst at getting your order correct. I haven't been there in months because it's too expensive, especially when you continually get the wrong items given to you. I only go here occasionally for lunch and I don't have time to go back and get my order corrected for the hundredth time. I ordered the ciabatta cheesesteak so why did I get some sort of BBQ chicken sandwich today? My receipt says ciabatta cheesesteak, it was repeated back to me that way. Somehow my salad was correct so at least half my order didn't suck. And the cheesesteak sandwich is likely more expensive than whatever this BBQ chicken one was. Why are they so consistently terrible? It's so frustrating! Especially when I feel like there's nothing to be done about it other than to just stop going again. I ordered this fruit and yogurt parfait which is HUGELY OVERPRICED to begin with and when I got to work and opened it I found a moldy piece of fruit in there. Now I ordered through the app and I know they "quality check" items before serving them so how was this missed! One of the healthier places to eat at in Greeley, but you pay for it. Despite the premium prices, they suffer significantly when it comes to execution. See also pictures. Always out of coffee and music they play is horrible and played way to load. Furniture is dated and stained, disgusting.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Panera. I know some of the people are new but no one was helping the cashier who didn't really know the computer yet. I kept hearing the manager yelling random things at her workers which was pretty excessive. When the kitchen is right where customers are standing, it's pretty poor behavior. Speaking of which, the workers were swearing as if no one was there. I'm not offended but professionally speaking, it's not appropriate. We waited a good 20+ minutes before we got our food. I could hear the manager tell the workers the sandwiches they made were wrong. Not sure if they can read the screen or not but it shouldn't be that difficult to make a sandwich. My mom and I ordered two You-Pick-2s. My tuna sandwich was just slapped together with half the tuna out of the bread. My mom's sandwich had barely any chicken salad on it. I've ordered this sandwich before and there's always a lot on there. Clearly Panera is skimping on product. I brought it back up to the counter to ask the manager if that's typical. She walked off, scooped some chicken salad in a small bowl around 3 different times and then came back and said it's the typical amount. She did give me the extra chicken but seriously guys? For paying almost $30 for this, do better. Panera has just gone way downhill and the prices keep skyrocketing. read more

I already loved Pantera and their food, but I went there again today and the staff was incredibly nice! They were super polite even when I was probably being a bit of a pain. They also accept cash which is fantastic if you're having bank troubles. 100% would recommend! P.s. I always get the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and it was perfect as always. Waited for 15 mins for my pager to go off that my food was ready, after 15 mins I went up to ask where the food was. The lady said "it's been sitting here for 15 mins", well it was cold so she offered a refund. question: Why would you let an order sit there for 15 mins and not try to find out where it belongs. We ordered two green teas, two Mac and cheese with broccoli and a chipotle chicken avocado Sandwich and while waiting at the window we seen the workers pour our Mac and cheese in the bowls from a plastic bag and microwave it which seemed very unhealthy, when we went to eat not even 5 minutes after getting the food it was cold. Our Baggets were hard and cold, the sandwich only had chicken on one side. The prices are outrageous for that service. read more

I called Panera when this whole covid debacle first started and asked if they were enforcing mask mandates. I cannot wear a mask and told the person on the phone that. The idiotic answer? They wanted to know if I had anyone in my party who was wearing one. I said no and asked why they asked. They said that they would like that person to be seated on the outside of the booth! I had their new spicy chicken sandwich the other day and it was awful. For the price of $12 you can go to Chick-fil-A and get two of their chicken sandwiches and they're great. no. just no. each time i go it's just a mess and i get less than what i paid for. i went the first time around April, I ordered a salad with extra dressing and i got mostly lettuce and one crouton. I wish i had a picture of it but i was so hungry and upset i just ate it. the extra sauce ya i got none. enough sauce to coat one piece of lettuce. So today I try giving them another chance I ordered through the app. I got there before 9am. i'm just leaving. they took forever so i went to the drive through and they snapped at me saying to go in the curbside spot. i told her i was there for 13 minutes and i tried calling the store twice with no answer. she said fine go the window and she'll try to find it. she gave it to me w such an attitude. We have never had a bad eating experience at this location. The two star rating is a result of them being out of items nearly every time we have visited. Today they were out of multiple varieties of bagels by 9am on Saturday morning. Most of our evening visits they are out of cookies and bread bowls. We often order soup and instead of ordering off the menu board you have to ask what is left. There is obviously great demand for the products offered at this store and I'm sure we are not the only patrons beginning to second guess eating here because we never know if they'll have what we want. read more

I am a fan of Panera's breakfast. I tried their lunch today and was disappointed. The bread tasted a bit dryer, more than just being grilled.
