The sides were delicious. I was told steak would be a minimum of an inch thick; it was 1/2 that. I tasted no quality difference in 55 day dry age. Food is always excellent. I normally get seafood Mac but everything I've tried has been impeccable. Dined here a couple months ago and really enjoyed the food! We got the crab dip appetizer and I decided to order the bison meatloaf. I really enjoyed my entree and thought it was fun to try something a little different from what you always see at a steakhouse - I will say it is very filling and hearty though, so odds are you will go home with leftovers! For starters we had pork belly lettuce wraps and the Carolina Crab cakes. The pork belly wraps we perfect with a slight Smokey sweetness offset by the sweet crunchy butter lettuce. The carb cakes over the sweet corn succotash had a mild heat with crunchy corn of set by cool lime aioli. For a mid corse we split the grilled Caesar Salad. I had wonderful sardines on my half. For dinner Kim got the Hawaiian Red Snapper with coconut crem fresh. It was wonderfully laid out on a bed of rice with a pineapple compote. I had the 75 day aged ribeye. It always a winner. We were referred to Corndance by a waiter at Evil Czech and he did not lead us astray! Very unique menu with a classic tavern feeling and friendly waitstaff. We tried all kinds of things amongst the 3 of us: the ecote corn, the pear goat cheese salad, the filet, the pepper jack mac, and ended with a birramisu. The best things were the salad with a delicious poached pear on top, the pepper jack mac that came adorned with Fritos, and the birramisu that comes sealed in a beer can! All very innovative and delicious. We sat in the bar area that had a good laid back vibe. The wine glasses and salt and pepper shakers were all very cool and fun. Our only complaint was that the signage out front looks somewhat low-quality. This place needs a better sign/logo to draw people into their great atmosphere and yummy food! read more

Steak tips fondue was good - but very salty. Halibut was good but potatoes were cold. Shrimp and chicken pasta was flavorful - but both chicken and shrimp were undercooked and majority of the protein was too raw to eat. And everything was super salty. Wait staff never came around to see how our meal was. Restaurant was only a little over half full on a Saturday night. Chances are there will be a wait, so make sure you make a reservation. If you don't, the wait will be worth it. We have gone there twice, and the second time we didn't make a reservation. We waited a little while, but once our food arrived, we remembered why the wait was worth it. We had the steak and salmon. The steak came with cheddar infused mashed potatoes, and broccoli/cauliflower. My husband doesn't like either, so he replaces them with other sides. There was a substitution price for both of them. So keep in mind that. The salmon was done perfectly and tasted like heaven. But be aware that the sides were not that filling. All in all, this place is great, and we highly recommend it. read more

This restaurant has really improved since past visits. Their meats are among the best around, and their selection of dry-aged offerings can't be beat. The dry-aged burger may be my favorite. Food quality and presentation are first rate. All that said, service remains an occasional issue. I don't see that their focus is consistently customer-focused. Servers can be inattentive and slow. This is far less frequent than it was when Corndance was a newer restaurant, but the management needs to concentrate on creating a different culture. read more

Food as always was great. Service was much less pleasant. We were there to celebrate our son's 21st birthday very low key party of 3. Him and us. He forgot his wallet and they wouldn't serve him. We were completely fine with that and super polite. But from that point on our waitress was a cold and rude. We still tipped our customary 20% - again out of manners. The whole treatment by the staff was odd from the point of no ID on - again which we were fine with him not having a drink - the point was to be there to celebrate his birthday at a nice restaurant not drink. My husband had the NY strip- perfectly prepared, with truffle fries and I had the Side-sized lobster Mac with Mexican corn (don't judge me). Every bite was lovely.
