I found the cashier to be very unfriendly. I greeted her with a "Hello, Good Morning!" after she said "Next Customer in Line" and she just stared at me. It all went downhill from there. The menu says to "See full Kids' Menu for more options." I didn't see the full kids' menu so I asked her about it and she pointed to the front (where I had just entered and didn't see the menus). Needless to say, I just decided to order something to hurry the process along. Her lack of customer service really turned me off. Especially since this was my first visit. Food was mediocre at best. It came it to the table cold, and we had to ask for silverware.

Super friendly staff! I stopped by before work for breakfast to go and cookies. The cookies are so good and the hazelnut cream coffee is amazing. I would definitely recommend and will be back! read more

This place had 2 tables occupied.... not busy! As you walk in several tables dirty!!!! Counter person was not very Customer Service orientated and didn't know menu! Sandwich was suppose to be toasted and I inquired abt that and specifically said please toast! The price of sandwich was abt double price for Wht It was worth!!! I mentioned I'd be outside but had to go in to get my own food! Customer Service all around was terrible! Outside was dirty too! I've been here abt 3 times and each time it gets worse!!! Came in today to purchase a bagel and coffee. Coffee is luke warm and not hot at all. Got my order to go. Took the bagel after a 10 minute wait. Get in the car and the cream cheese isn't on the bagel. Seriously what was I waiting for all this time??? Then I go to put the cream cheese on the bagel and it is only warm. Not toasted. Basically they heated it up in the microwave and didn't toast it. I will not be back. The only reason I gave it one star is I like soy in my coffee and they had it. However I don't like cold coffee and that's exactly what I got. I should have just gone to Chick fil a which is in the same lot because the food quality would have been better. read more

Came by at lunch today. Pitiful service. Stood in line for 15 to 20 minutes then left.They only had one register open with that person clueless. Other staff were just walking around or standing and doing nothing. They just ignored the people in line and were indifferent. Multiple tables were waiting for their food and kept coming up to the register pissed off. Even though it is close to work, I will not return. read more

I just left the Corner bakery on I-10 and just experienced the worse service ever! And I will not ever be coming in to this place again. First off I only came here to use my coupon I received an email about but the cashier just seemed like she did not want to be working and she and the other girl who was also there kept going outside to see somebody with a dog and they were just hanging out. I kept having to wait for her to come back inside to ask her for what I needed and to be honest none of the food was tasty. My kids didn't eat there fruit it looked like they scraped whatever they had left and served it just like that! Who would serve someone to eat that! and I didn't eat my soup so I felt like I went to buy food just to throw out. Worst place ever ! Oh and also my bread for my chicken carbonara was burned and really hard. Again ! I just don't understand who would served that to somebody to eat! Terrible service. When I walked up to order the cashier asked me what I wanted while looking down at her phone. I asked what kind of tea they had and she shoved a box at me and said whatever is in here. Pretty unbelievable. We were bothering her by being there. My food was cold. This is one of my favorite spots for meeting friends and business partners. It's quiet and clean, and they have such a great breakfast menu. Their Anaheim items (scramble and panini) are delicious. I enjoy that I can eat something healthy and start the day off feeling full. Of course, there's also the option of delicious baked goods if healthy is not the objective! They offer a handful of coffee varieties. This location is fairly easy to get in and out of, especially during the morning hours. Please come give it a try! read more

I enjoy going to this little cafe. The half sandwich half salad/soup options are my go to. I haven't tried any of their baked goods yet, due to lack of a sweet tooth, but they look amazing in the display. The one star is simply because of the food. No complaints other than it being a little cold since it arrived an hour & half after it left the store. I called the night before to place a catering order for a new client. I stressed my need to have the order delivered between 7:15 & 7:25. During our conversation I realized there was a second location closer to the location I needed the delivery. The manager assured me that she was going to be able to handle the order & would make sure it was there by 7:15. The next morning because of the importance of the order I called this location at 6:30 am when they opened. Lester answered the phone. He was more than unprofessional. He informed me that the driver had just left. I asked why they left so soon. He informed me that the driver had 3 deliveries before ours. I asked how can you leave at 6:30 & have three deliveries before trying to make a 7:15 delivery time for your fourth stop in Houston traffic. His exact words "We had to & this is our business so we know what we are doing." (All with an ugly tone) The driver arrived at 8:05am. More than 30 min late!!! Pretty embarrassing when this was our first impression for our customer. She used the excuse that there was an accident. I'm not buying that. I had three other people take the same route she did, myself included. There was NO ACCIDENT. Just a ton of traffic. She was dishonest about why she was late. When I called to speak to a manager Lester informed me he was the manager on duty. That's scary given the way he handled the previous call. All he did was use a nasty unprofessional tone & supported the dishonesty of there being an accident. Is it that hard to just say we made a mistake & probably overbooked our driver. Not taking into account for traffic. I will never use this location for catering again. Sadly for the owner he lost out on a weekly $350 order due to having unorganized, rude, & dishonest employees. read more

My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience at this location. We arrived around 8:30 aware they close at 9. Immediately upon ordering our meals we felt harassed by the manager to get out of the restaurant. He was constantly staring and walking around our table obviously trying to rush us out, let it be known it is around 8:45 (15 minutes before closing). Working in the restaurant industry I know this is unacceptable behavior. The food was medium quality. The experience was garbage. I will not be eating there again. read more

I really enjoy the food. The pancakes wonderful! But I Give It 2 stars because the customer service is terrible. I guess you call the customer service. I order often for pickup. And the last 4 times that I picked up something was missing from my order. Like I get pancakes and I'd have no bacon or butter. I recommended the place to my aunt cuz she wanted some pancakes and they didn't give her any butter and not enough syrup I call and complain and they just want to give me a free meal but I don't think I want to go there anymore. I just ordered a turkey sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle soup. They forgot to put cheese on my sandwich and the bacon wasn't fully cooked. Also the chicken noodle soup was horrible! It had no flavor what so ever. It tasted like water and the chicken tasted like they reused the chicken from the day before. Not a good experience here at all. read more
