We also ordered a hot chocolate that was barely warm, definitely not what I would consider "hot" chocolate. I understand people can have bad days, and maybe we just came in at an unfortunate time, but between the unfriendly service, the missing item, the cold croissant, and the lukewarm hot chocolate, it wasn't a very good experience.
