M & M Motors had a huge selection of Honda CR-Vs which was what we were looking for. We had our eye on 3 of them. Ending up driving 2 and choosing one to buy. We worked with Mike. He was terrific. He had a nice demeanor and never did I feel pushed to buy. He was respectful and patient with our many questions about the vehicles. I had read the past reviews and were leery about shopping here, however I never once saw any signs of the behaviors that past reviews stated about the owners. Mike was very personable, kind and helpful. Communication was great when we called twice. This vehicle was bought for my daughter and he was very confident that the vehicle we chose would be a safe and reliable vehicle! I have another child that will be driving next year. I had probably the easiest car purchase ever from these guys! Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and no high pressure selling. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. And I absolutely can't believe they GIVE you a 6 month warranty on all their cars! They have their own mechanic on duty so if there's a problem take it right back there! I purchased a 2004 Honda CR-V with low miles and a few scratches but super clean and drove like a dream! I've always been leery of used car lots that aren't attached to a big car dealership and you always hear stories of them being sketchy - M&M completely changed my opinion and I will be returning in a few years when I'm ready for another vehicle. read more

We were not necessarily in the market for a newer car, but my hubby fell in love with the Audi out front. He stopped in a few times to talk to one of the salespersons. No pressure, just answered his questions and let him know about their financing options. Turns out that salesperson he was taking to one of the owners, Mike. Mike said he and his brother owned the place. It's very nice, clean, and the prices are very good for foreign made cars. Mike took good care of us and his financing deal was a much better percentage than our credit union! So I guess we have a newer car now. We plan to cascade the older one to family. No regrets. If anyone is looking for a quality used car in southern Wisconsin please consider M&M Motors in West Allis, WI. I helped my daughter purchase a used Toyota Tacoma about a month ago. First off Mike and Matt were really easy to work with. They have a very good variety of clean, properly priced used trucks, jeeps etc. I do not recommend businesses very often but I have to say Mike has went above and beyond. There was an issue with the Tacoma weeks after purchase and I called Mike and he sent me an electronic check the same day to cover the expense of fixing it. Buyer be ware! The owner portrays his cars to be something they are not. Drove 2 hours to see a car he said was in great condition and was far from it. Pictures on website were very selective. Warning!!!!!! Buyers Beware, Dealer will give you the WRONG Kelly Blue Book Value. The website that the dealer will show is NOT Kelly Blue Book and the price they show you will be substantially higher than the actual and reliable Kelly Blue Book Value. Dealers are nice to you in the beginning then it all goes down hill from there. They will question your morals and judge your integrity. Was going to send them referrals but the way we were treated was very disrespectful and I would never deal with them again. Based on the previous ratings on Google, I can assure you that I am not just an upset one-time customer, there seems to be a trend going on here. Oddly enough, this is my first review. The reason, I am one angry little woman. I gave this place two stars because they did accomplish what I asked, but in the process I was majorly disrespected! I was recently rear-ended by a kid who damaged my rear spare tire cover on my Toyota Rav 4. The cost through Toyota was insane. The kid had a family friend who worked at M&M Motors who could get the spare tire cover for a cheaper price. I didn't mind this, at least he was replacing it, right(please keep in mind he wanted to keep it off his insurance)?. My husband went with me to M&M Motors the first night so they could have a look at my tire cover. They wanted to make sure they ordered the right want. My husband asked me before we went in if I wanted him to do " all the talking" and I said yes. We went in and met a man named Matthew and my husband asked him innocently enough if we were going to get a Toyota spare tire cover or if it was coming from somewhere else, meaning a generic or knock off one. Matthew said he had never heard of anything like that and acted like we being absolutely ridiculous. He took my old one off and my husband repeated himself and said " So it is going to be the metal and say Toyota on the back"? I just want to make sure. Matthew rolled his eyes, sighed and said "yes, it will be the same". Flash forward to today, this is what upset me. I take my car in and it only takes them a few minutes to put the tire cover on. I notice it doesn't say Toyota like my old one did( I know this is stupid, but I had to ask), so I asked Mike why it didn't? He said he didn't know, maybe they just didn't make them like that any more. Okay, point taken. But, I had to ask anyway, I couldn't help myself........this was not specifically a Toyota dealer and I wanted to make sure that this replacement is the exact same thing I had before. I know what everyone is thinking. It's just a stupid spare tire cover, yes. But, what if its a knock off made by some cheap company and it falls off after I drive away?!? Side Note: The Kid who hit me, emailed me the night before and said to make sure I was happy with it before I drove away! He is so polite!.....Back to Story....I looked at Mike and said "This definitely is from Toyota, right"? And Matthew chimed in and said "You wanna see the box, so maybe then your husband will believe it?" "Here let me show it to you"!! I sort of nervously laughed at this point and said there is no need, but I hope they understand that I had to ask. Matthew proceeded to shove the box in my face anyway and said " well this is for your husband" . See! See! "Then he took a sticker off and handed it to me and said " That is for you to take home to YOUR HUSBAND for proof. Now you can both believe it"!!! I understand that people don't like to be second guessed. But, in the business they are in, there are a lot of shady, dishonest people. There was no need for them to act that way towards me. I was nothing but polite to them and they were very condescending to me. All together, Mike definitely had better social skills than Matthew. That was just my experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from M&M. I had been eyeing up the lot for a while, checking on new inventory. As soon as one met my specifications, I was ready to buy. I stopped in just wanting to check out that specific car and maybe drive it. I reviewed it, drove it, and then began looking at it for a while. Most dealers would take this as an opportunity to try to persuade me to look at other cars on their lot. Nope. He just walked away and said to let me know if I need anything further (NO PRESSURE, AWESOME) Being that I am a woman, at dealerships I am always being told to "ask my husband" or "does my husband like it" This guy understood I was the decision maker and didn't say anything related to it. I elected to purchase the vehicle, and I was in and out of the "office" for paperwork in a half hour, didn't have to wait around and play games. There were a few cosmetic issues with the vehicle when I purchased it, since I was watching the lot so closely they hadn't had a chance to clean it up and repair the scratches. They corrected the small issues (one cracked light cover, and a few scratches/dings in the paint) but had to order the pieces. Owner arranged to have my car picked up and dropped off at my house, for no extra charge and completely saved me a lot of hassle. Highly Recommend!!!
