There was a large pile of tripas topped in a white cheese, an equally large pile of caramelized grilled onions, a small pot of refried beans, a scoop of guacamole, 5 street-sized corn tortillas, and two different containers of salsa. I put a little bit of everything on the tortillas. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the flavors of the two salsas. It was the perfect tripas dinner.
