Valley Auto also lost the original title to My 2022 Luxury Hybrid Sports Car when appraising it, and so now I have to pay to order a new one at the driver's licensing branch. I ended up finding another 2006 Honda Element EX-P near Seattle with literally 1/2 the miles, and after Valley Auto released My Deposit, they jacked the price of this *ALREADY* jacked up car, jacked it up even higher to $8500 - Unbelieveable - Highway Theft / Robbery! I literally purchased a vehicle near Seattle with HALF the mileage for $9993! Valley Auto's 2006 Element has 256,000 miles............ and Valley Auto is charging customer's an outrageous $8500?! While helping a 60yr old lady friend of my girlfriend who doesn't know much about engines we looked at a couple of trucks here. She needs a reliable tow vehicle for her horse trailers. They tried to sell her a blown out 2012 Ford F350 6.7 diesel that had a destroyed turbo. Claimed it had 120k miles. Scratches and rust all over. Said it's a local Spokane truck. Research on the VIN showed it was owned by a large Montana cattle ranch and sold through a Dealer Auto Auction, this is how reputable dealers sell their junk trade ins they can't sell on their lot and still keep a good reputation. They do this to keep large repeat customers coming back by accepting their worn out trade in. The fenders had the paint blasted off from all the gravel and rock driving. It was making 11psi of boost max (instead of 32+) and blowing blue smoke. The shocks, steering and suspension are destroyed, pulls all over the freeway. The front springs were so worn out it was sitting 1/4" above the axle bump stops (mechanics will understand this). This thing was hammered if it truly has 120k. They tried to convince us this all was normal and it's a "really great truck". They really fed her a line of BS. Also, the whole front end grill, radiator, crossmember had been replaced and had spray painted fenders. The bottom of the engine was loaded with grease and leaking on the ground. At a traffic light the smoke engulfed the whole intersection at one point. The truck has half the power it should. Turbos for these are in the $7700 range. Check engine light popped on during the drive. It also had a trailer brake module error so the trailer brakes aren't even working on this tow vehicle. I'm so glad I went with her so this scammership couldn't take advantage of our retiring friend. Shame on them. If someone wants to invest $10-15k in this truck it could be a good ride. Not a good deal for $22,000 sale price before any fees or taxes. read more

They over charged me on a car that had manufacture issues that caused an accident total loss, the car was worth 9,000 when I bought it. The monthly car payment people looked it up on Kelly blue book, this dealership charged me 17,500 dollars with interest that totals up to 26,000 dollars, now I'm currently paying 8,000 dollars on a car I don't even have anymore. These people are so corrupt it's unreal. They don't walk you through paperwork, they will take advantage of you if you've never done this before. Stay away from this place at all costs, there's so many other options to choose from. They overcharge on most of there vehicles, always Kelly blue book them first. I put off buying a car because I had trust issues with used car sales companies, and I guess I should have gone with my instincts. I really took my time, I test drove a number of vehicles at Spokane Valley Auto Liquidator because I wanted to be "sure" and not make a rash decision or mistake in my purchase. I was maybe even overly caution in some people's perception of my purchase. After testing driving about 5 vehicles, I really wanted the Toyota Tundra truck, but the check engine light came on during the test drive so I sadly had to pass. I told the sales person (Brian) that if I came home with a $20,000 vehicle that had the check engine light on my husband would kill me. I also told Brian that I needed a reliable vehicle that could get me to Seattle and back a several times a year, and that I did a lot of freeway driving. I asked for the Car Fax on each vehicle I drove and while viewing the Car Fax reports, I noticed a Ford SportsTrak SUV pick-up that I had not seen earlier. Just when I was about to give it up for the day... I asked to test drive the Ford and view the Car Fax on it, she seemed like a great little rig, a few minor issues that I was told would be handled as a part of the purchase so I signed on the bottom line, bought the extended maintenance agreement and gap insurance...all the goodies to cover a $20,000 investment. As I drove home in my new purchase (on the freeway) very excited and confident, only 2 miles outside of Spokane Valley guess what? The check engine light came on!!!! I about $h^t myself. The finance person (another Brian) was informed about the problem, within the week they hooked my pickup up to their computer and told me the problem was in the exhaust and the guy in the office (can't remember his name, but I think he's a manager there) said he'd take care of it since I had JUST bought the vehicle. He made an appointment with Discount Muffler to fix the issue. For 3 days the check engine light stayed off and then right back on and it's been on ever since. My husband took my pick-up back in to Spokane Valley Auto Liquidators this last time to have the problem handled along with the promised repairs, he was quickly quoted over $300.00 for repairs, and they knew nothing about the 'promised repairs' that were included in the purchase. I hadn't even had the pick-up 3 weeks and the check engine light was and has been an ongoing problem and was the whole reason I didn't buy the Toyota Tundra. I was very specific about NOT getting a vehicle with the check engine light as a problem. Look I haven't even made my first payment on this vehicle and I'm being hit with a first time bill to repair it that's almost as much as my first payment....REALLY!!!!!????? I get that it's a used vehicle, but seriously, don't ya think a $20,000 vehicle with a V-8 engine should be able to go down the freeway at more than 60 miles an hour without bogging down, choking and having the check engine light start blinking like a neon light? After the sales man Levi talked poorly about his boss buying all their cars from Canada and how you dont want cars from Canada cause of rust issues etc... Levi promised us the 2011 Toyota Tundra had spent its life span in Wa... that in fact was not true according to car faxit had been in Canada pretty much the whole time . They covered the bottom of the rig with a blk rhino lining or black rust stop and covered all the flaws.. We were told we would have a 3 day guarantee to get inspected for major mechanical issues and yeah it had a half a dozen oil leaks including rear main and water pump... They claim these are not major and refused to stand by their word and take the truck back but instead give them a chance to fix.... OKAY well so far they have not done anything besides recharge battery and claim to have fixed water pump and rear main well we have had the truck only 3 weeks and less then 1500 miles the trucks oil light came on and under inspection barely had oil on dipstick.. brought the truck back to valley auto liquidators for the 3rd maybe 4th time who then claimed we were lying and had topped off the oil and reset the light ! And said there was no leak .. we have documentation from other real mechanics and pictures... and needless to say the mechanics were walking out of the shop with a case of beer ...hmmmm on the clock working on other peoples cars while drinking ? They tell you they will fix everything, then when it comes down to getting the work done. They dont have time or they tell you "we've had issues with that sales person and we cant do that." Of course they dont tell you that until all the paperwork is signed and the deal is done. It's been almost a year and I still do not have the windshield that was "promised" during the test drive. It took many hours of fighting and a ton of phones to get a tire fixed that had a slow leak. If you want to purchase a good vehicle DO NOT go to Valley Auto Liquidators!!!! We first filled out an application online because we had heard they are great with any credit. They promptly responded to us and said they had several options for us and credit lines available. We went in that day needing to go home with a truck. We worked with a couple of the guys and thought it was an ok experience. They highly pressured us to settle with this one particular truck and that was our only option. Even willing to sell it to us out from under another buyer. We filled out several loan documents being told they would chose the best option for us! 10 days later we got a panicked call from the finance guy saying our credit union had denied our loan along with all other creditors and he asked us to go to our credit union to get our own loan. We did so, the only hiccup was VAL was way over charging for the vehicle. VAL came down on the price and we finally were able to keep our truck. When test driving the truck we noticed a clicking noise and they told us they knew what was wrong with it and would promise to fix it. Therefore we agreed to buy it. We brought it in to be serviced and when we picked it up we were told we did everything we could and also thru in a feee oil change. No report of what was done was given nor explained to us. Within hours the check engine light came on with the exact same code. At this point we highly didn't trust VAL and brought our truck to another mechanic that we trusted and took the AUL warranty plan that was highly encouraged to purchase. Come to find out the truck had a bad lifter and needed a new motor. At this point and time we contacted Jeremy the GM from VAL and he wanted us to bring it to them to fix but that was not possible and untrusting. We didn't hear back from Jeremy but 3 times max thru a 5 week process. We were out of a truck and had a "great" warranty plan that we were told covered anything 100% which really only covered $3000 towards a motor. Jeremy acted like he wanted to make it right and help. He strung us along and led us to believe he would help financially in some way. He never returned calls and it was not a priority to him to take care of his customers. He eventually passed the buck to another General Manager and we were told nothing could be done to help us. We finally have our truck back a $5000 bill. WORST DEALERSHIP IN SPOKANE! I was in the process of purchasing a SUV from this place, we decided on financing and i gave them a large down payment. I was supposed to pick it my new car the next day. The manager David, called me 3 times the day i was supposed to pick up my car trying to change the financing we had already agreed on. They had a different excuse every time as to why. Our numbers were finalized the day before and i had already given my down payment! WHO CHANGES FINANCING THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED? Not just once but 3 times?! The last time they tried to change it I told they this was shady business and i dont work with people who go back on their word and i told them i wanted my money back. I spoke to David, the supposed manager, and Chris, the car salesman, they both knew i would be there at 4pm to get my refund, and magically they couldn't be found. I had to DEMAND my money back and even had to call the police before they were willing to give me my refund. They made no effort whatsoever to give me my refund until they saw i called the police! Im still waiting for the refund to be put back on my card we will see if that even happens. When i told one of the employees what was happening he laughed and said he wasn't surprised this kind of thing happens ALL the time. DO NOT USE THIS CAR LOT. At some point in everyone's life We will make a decision that after the fact we think to ourselves "What was I thinking, why did I do that??!!" My son recently had one of those moments. He bought a vehicle on a whim and without checking it thoroughly or having anyone else check it thoroughly. To the credit of the business they did try to make it right with several repairs at their cost and a couple at my cost and a lot of frustration that boiled into anger on both sides over the course of the situation. After 2.5 months and a vehicle that was having a mind of its own. It was mutually agreed to get my son out of his "whim" purchase and into a vehicle worthy of his money without the issues the green monster was having. Both of us had to stop fighting the fact this vehicle had more issues than were going to be adequately resolved. When we handed over the keys to this vehicle there was still a list of things that needed to be fixed and/or addressed. BUT... I will give Brian and Jeremy credit for making it right. After a few days of everyone taking a deep breath the problem vehicle was traded and refinanced through the bank for a vehicle in MUCH better condition and without the nightmare of constant repairs. Thank-you Brian and Jeremy!!!... This hasn't been easy for any of us but I give you 2 credit where credit is deserved. So, I have to state that that this review is more a Caveat emptor, and the issues I have found with the dodge 2008 Dakota I bought about two weeks ago. This Dakota that I bought had 116k miles +/- 500 . Now has 117,8ish . Now I will state that the Dakota was sold as is and no warranty. That being said I have serious doubts any sort inspection where done on this vehicle. I took the truck last week for an oil change. The was informed the serpentine belt was shot, and after getting the old belt it was indeed shot (and original mopar branded belt). Fast foward to this wensday I plug the block heater in on the truck, only to find that the water pump starts leaking like a sieve. This is giving me the feeling that this truck was just detailed and put up for sale. So I run the truck around the corner to my mechanic to fix the water pump and ask him to give the truck a quick once over. Apon picking up the truck he infoms me that, front brakes need to be done, the ball joint are beyond gone,("please get them fixed, if not from me somebody a.s.a.p!") and the front abs wire has been cut . So nearly $1200 dollars later. Issues adressed I thought I would share, for any hard working on a tight budget families out their to be aware and bring a mechanice friend. Anyways, this isn`t posted in anger, more dissapointment. Cause as I said I expected some issues with the truck, not what appears to be no attention to issues of safety. Follow up (2/619). After posting my review and contacting Valley auto liquidators. Dave the owner contacted me and met me halfway and reimbusrt me for the ball joints. I can pleasantly say I was surprised and relieved that Dave was willing to work with me on a reasonable situation for all sides. They absolutely suck. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We bought a 2010 town and country. Before we bought it the 3rd row stow and go seats were broken on the driver side. They said they would fix it up to $300 because they thought it was a fuse, we'll it was the frame which is a lot more expensive. Well now we have to wait for them to find a used frame because they won't pay the $1000 for a new one. They said it's going to take a while to find a used one. Now we have a 7 passenger van that can only seat 5. Horrible customer service. They even had to replace the back brakes a week after we bought it because they didn't check them before they sold it to us. I have never been so pissed off before. read more

Very nice people, very deceiving. I would not buy a scare board from them. We bought A 2011 Jeep from them and barley made it home to Montana. Payed decent money for it and it has been in a shop here for over a month. Was talked into a warranty because it's a used car and this will assure you that it won't cost you extra money if something was to fail. Finance managers words. Well my shop bill is up to almost $6000 and I still don't have the Jeep back. And that awesome warranty I'm paying for has denied everything. Shop says lt looks like this thing was submerged under water. And basically told me to pound sand. I hate to be "that guy" but i bought a 2003 honda element from valley auto in september of 2015. Everything was great at the time, aside from buying a dirty inside and out vehicle. i just figured whatever I'll get it dirty anyways. But a few months later I took it in for an oil change and found out that the air filter and cabin air filters looked like they had never been replaced. Seriously, like leaves and stuff in the filter! Then I went to get my brakes done and found out that the control arm bushings were shot, the rotors all needed to be replaced, one of the calipers was seized and a few other issues. That brake job turned into a $2500 finance because I had no choice and couldn't afford to pay it up front. Due to V.A.L. apparent slight of hand I am now paying a bill for the vehicle which I can no longer afford to maintain, and a repair bill. Honestly, I was told all the right things and they worked with my financial situation. But in the end, I feel totally taken advantage of. Buyer beware, seriously! read more
