I have been getting my mail at Cornerstone for several years now. I know my mail is in good hands there. I'm an online ordering junkie so I go every couple of days and there's always a couple of packages piled up there. I can order stuff without worrying about being home to receive it. I recently mailed a letter via Certified USPS mail thru Cornerstone Copy and Mail on Newell Ave. USPS postal tracking software showed my letter as having left the Post Office for delivery but was never shown to be delivered. I mentioned this to Ann and Michael and they went the extra step to investigate and keep me informed of their findings. This was obviously a USPS problem but Ann and Michael went above and beyond to provide this extra service. And that is why I will continue to use Cornerstone for the mail services they provide.
