I don't know why people complain or rate this location poorly. They've been nothing but helpful every time I've been there for any reason. Shipping. Drop off. Print jobs. Rush printing. Questions. I am literally sitting here right now listening them handle all kinds of customers in person and on the phone and in each case they're professional, helpful, and efficient. When I have the time on a printing project I'll use another locally owned printer who's great, but these folks are great in a pinch and I've never had an issue with them, even if I'm the one that screwed up something. read more

Had a shipping label provided by a seller for FedEx so I came here to have the item boxed and packed. Store is very clean and the rep was nice, but when I looked at the total, it was $38 and had two boxes. I asked why there were two boxes when my item was already in its own box and only needed to be bubble wrapped and put into one box. He stated that it needs to be in a box within a box and they always do this. I told him that it's ridiculous especially when they are charging $17 a box. No offer to take off a box and pack it how I requested. Will do my best to avoid using FedEx moving forward. read more

I previously shared a frustrating experience at the store but have had since had multiple pleasant visits. Last night, Elena helped me streamline the print and go process and helped me figure out how to use multiple payment methods to pay for a print job.... yes I was the customer trying to split payment across a card, cash&change, and a FedEx print card (I'm sorry!). This would've been impossible for me to figure out how to do at the station in less than 20 minutes but Elena had everything printed and rung up for me in less than five. The other staff here are kind and thoughtful and have helped me numerous times by suggesting strategies that have saved me time and money. This is our local FedEx drop point and I was returning my new cell phone that I'd decided just wasn't for me. The service was helpful and prompt, and the item was returned with no damage or issues (I got my full refund), so overall my experience was quite good. The only aspect of the drop that would have made my four stars a five would have been if the associate had packaged the item in front of me so I could visually make sure everything was all set before I left. Stopped in to ship a package internationally. The store was clean and organized however Peter who works there was condescending through the entire process. He didn't inform me that tap to pay wasn't working at the specific register so at the end of the process he said we have to start over at another register. I come here often to drop off packages and most of the time I use the self serve machine so I can get a receipt, I'm in and out in a minute. Sometimes, like yesterday if I have a super large package that won't fit in the small box of the self serve I'll take to the counter and usually get my receipt pretty quick. I've never had any issues with this place. The only bad thing is the parking lot. The space are really small and both sides of the parking lot are so close, it's hard to back out in a regular car - I made the mistake of bringing the company truck here and that was a massive hassle. If you can get here when they open, the parking lot will be empty and that's the best time. If it's full, your best bet is to park at the strip mall down the street and walk over. If it wasn't for that awful parking lot, I'd give them 5 stars. read more

The only saving grace for this location is Mr. Edmund Superio, the Flagship Store Manager. Last Friday afternoon at 2:15PM, I came into this location with two banker's boxes and a large Fed-Ex box that I had pre-labeled at my office and was just being dropped off. The ONLY reason why I brought in the two banker's boxes is because I wasn't sure how much they weighed and felt the folks at this location could be of some assistance. I even brought in my work laptop with the Fed-Ex website ready to go so I can just input the weight and etc. and print out my labels. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of believing that the person attending to me would actually assist me. The person that "attended" me was a person by the name of "Santa". I'm not even sure if that was her real name or not bc she lied to me and said she was the manager, when I asked for one and it wasn't until the end when I found out that the manager was actually Mr. Suprerio. To make a long story short, this lady made me feel unwelcomed, belittled me, ridiculed me, was extremely rude, condescending, and I felt like she just did NOT want to help me. She kept taking other customers and putting me to the side when she was supposed to be assisting me? Basically, I had to make a scene to get helped by someone else when she had walked away and I questioned outloud if there was a reason why she was helping other people instead of finishing up with me? It was a pretty simple/basic thing that I was asking assistance for but this person "Santa" was horrific. Even worst than being at the DMV and she was laughing the entire time as if it were funny? I'm thankful for the associate that jumped in and helped me leave the store by 3:15PM. I'm also thankful for Mr. Superio for hearing me out and letting me vent. I have NEVER had an awful experience with Fed-Ex until today and sadly it was all because of one person that had issues of her own. I don't know what more I could've done to make her job easier. I brought in my own boxes and even put them on their scale because she couldn't be troubled to weigh them. Either way I waited a couple of days over the weekend and just wanted to share my experience and hope that it helps someone else. I had boxes going to the courthouse that needed to be delivered by Monday morning and I'm sure they're on their way now but it's ridiculous that this person felt the need to help other customers and just keep me waiting an hour. How patient did I have to be? ONE star is for Mr. Superio and his associate that helped me. Other than that I'll NEVER come back to this store. There were only 2 employees covering the desk with another 2 in the back that probably could have helped alleviate the wait, but whatever. Pretty large interior with supplies and printing needs. Other customers were using the paper cutters and copiers as well. I was in and out in about 5 minutes on a weekday. No complaints on my end. read more

I should've updated this months ago. The staff here go above and beyond any other FedEx location in the area. They are kind and helpful and acknowledge you when you come and go. I'm in here a few times a week and they'd probably recognize me if I didn't always have a covid mask on, but right now, they still treat me like a number #1 customer, every time I drop off docs and need a receipt. Plus: their shelves with the envelopes and supplies are always fully stocked, so you don't have to wait around or ask for assistance just to get a few documents mailed (unlike the Concord location). The people here are great, fast, and friendly. Unfortunately, it's the delivery system or the actual FedEx drivers that messes up orders and packages I have a problem with. Every single time I get a order shipped through FedEx, I can almost always expect a delay or damage to the items. My most recent experience was with a side table I purchased which has a walnut wood top with a matte black metal bottom. They attempted to deliver the package even though I've included specific instructions of business hours for the availability to receive the package and it was ignored. I then selected to pick up from a designated pick up location just to find the legs of the table protruding out of the styrofoam inserts and four layers of cardboard. One of the legs were bent and the other one was scratched so badly that the metal scrapped off.. like seriously.. $400 for a side table and they messed it up. Come on FedEx.. really? read more

It's important to note. Tony (an employee of the Fed Ex in Walnut Creek) somehow found out my employer and wrote a false review about me on my company's Yelp page. (He must've seen a document I was faxing, there's really no other way he should or could know this without somehow violating my privacy). Then when I notified his manager about his behavior, they refused to even discuss the matter with me. Only after an executive from my company walked into this FedEx and discussed legal action did the local manager of this location ask Tony to remove his slander and false review. This used to be an excellent Kinko's; employees helped you at the copiers and at the computer, made large copies for you, and did your document binding and shipping. When FedEx took over management, they added a package pick up area, but reduced the number of employees working and who were familiar with their equipment. Customer service now is okay, but it isn't like Kinko's customer service. Employees don't seem happy and that may be a reflection of the work environment : ( Although I understand that many people can do many of the tasks at home that once you were only able to do at Kinko's -- there are still numerous people who NEED the new FedEx services and would appreciate the assistance. read more

I went to this office as a last resort. the manager Edmund helped me. he took my information and phone number. a representative called within the hour and a lost package claim was filed. It's quite a large establishment, lots of offerings and shipping and printing. I have been to many establishments that offer these array of services. I have never seemed such soft spoken, kind, and attentive staff. You can tell they do allot of shipping from here. It's very clean and well supplied. I have to say it's best in show. Compared to small drop off offices, usps, and ups offices where you expect hurried service this location stands out. I arrived at FedEx at 4:45pm with a timely sensitive, medical device that had to be overnighted. The last departure time is at 5 as I go to attempt drop off this package I am told that the truck left already and when I asked why when it's not 5 yet, the man told me the truck left early because of Labor Day.
