Beau initially was so freaked out by hair dryers that they patiently air-dried him - a process that took much longer and kept one of their crates in use much longer than they probably wanted. (Comparable to a restaurant letting diners linger at a table way longer than expected, keeping it from being turned over.) Beau always looked beautiful. They DID raise prices when they acquired the business - and they deliver service that's worth the price. I'd recommend them to anyone who loves their pooch.

Their prices were ridiculous high as well and not realistic. You're better taking your pooch somewhere else unless you want to pay laughable prices and get a side of disrespectful attitude for free. They go above and beyond with the care that they give. The love that they give to your pets as well as all your home needs while you are any, either at work or out of town for any period of time. They take detailed notes about what your pets need and pay attention to the routines that they need. Example: We recently went out of town for a week and of course nervous as any pup parent would be to leave the pups behind. I have a huge yard that needs a lot of watering and care. Gail and Mo not only made it fun and kept the puppies happy but they gave my yard so much love. They even cleaned the house better than it was when we left. These amazing women are very professional and give 110% and then some. I highly recommend them to anyone. I truly feel like there is no one else I will ever trust to watch our pups. Upon returning home our puppies were so happy and acted like they were at camp this past week with no cares in the world. They absolutely love their new aunties Gail and Mo. Thank you so much Gail and Mo you both are hard workers with the biggest hearts.

The staff used to be the coolest, most upstanding people I've ever met. Unfortunately there has been a MAJOR decline in the health and wellbeing of the fish. Thanks are dirty and overtaken by algae. All the fish I've purchased recently have died, and their prices have increased significantly. While I can get past those issues with most businesses, and will still find myself purchasing the necessities, I will NEVER return to this establishment. The new owner "Wade" is a pervert. I've seen him sexually harass his staff, and CUSTOMERS. He's an atrocious human being, and I hope he loses his business with haste. Refrain from enabling this man's behavior, and shop literally anywhere else. I discourage PetSmart, and would highly recommend shopping with small local businesses if possible, but I'd pick PetSmart over this place any day of the year.
