The owner and staff at Snipville are competent, professional, friendly and take great care of my dogs. They even notify me when they notice something amiss with one of them. In particular, the owner recommended a particular remedy for my Frenchie's itchy skin, which worked quickly and effectively. The most important review, however, is from my dogs, who are always super excited as we arrive in the vicinity of Snipville, showing how much they love staying there. It's not cheap, but I love being able to leave them somewhere that I know they will be safe and have fun.

I boarded…read moremy dogs here in the past and all was fine, decided to board them again when I went on vacation and when I got back to pick my dogs up the owners weren't there and one of my dogs was missing. They told me that he got out and they weren't responsible for him being lost. They are rude and admitted to not feeding their pets. My one dog was dehydrated and starving when I picked him up and the conditions are disgusting in the kennels. Animal control and the salinas shelter mentioned they have lost dogs before, the owners claimed at first that this has never happened and then changed their story and said they've lost dogs and they always come back. They lie and change their story, also are very harassing.
