This is my first time owning a pool and when we first had it installed, I needed help with brushing the pool the first 7 days after it was filled. Dan was one of the only companies I called that actually answered the phone. He came out right away to access my needs and provided services the next day. I was very clueless about what it takes to maintain a pool and he patiently explained instructions several time. Markeal took over our weekly service from the start and I think he is awesome! Same as poster below. The negative review seems like BS. For me it's a night and day difference with Corwin. I switched from Splash, who started out good but it seems the company was sold and things started to fall apart. For months I had a different tech every time at the house, zero responsiveness, and egregiously high quotes on parts I could find on amazon, brand new, for a fraction of the price. Not the case with Corwin. Refreshing to deal with a transparent and up-front company that doesn't gouge you. I get regular status updates regarding my pool with photos and am glad they're so on the ball with seasonal maintenance on top of their weekly maintenance. read more

Corwin Pool is the best pool service company in Vegas. The owner before us recommended them and now we are recommending them to the next owner. No worries, Al our pool guy fixed the problem within a few days and the pool is perfect again!! Dan is also helping to coordinate the transition from solar to electric. Absolutely terrible service. Pool was never clean. They never vacuum unless you call to complain. Lots of algae build up. Charged me $300 more than price online for pool filters and quit in the middle of a paid month after I decided to purchase filters online instead of paying what they were charging.
