They provide excellent guidance while also giving students the confidence and independence to develop their skills. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Only spent $35!

I called both the Tolleson and Phoenix locations simply asking for a rough estimate or general range for tuition so I could determine whether the program was within my budget before driving approximately 30 minutes to the school. I was told repeatedly that they would not provide any tuition information, even a ballpark estimate, unless I came in person, completed a tour, sat through a presentation, and received a packet afterward. I explained respectfully that I already have a general idea of my grant and scholarship eligibility and simply wanted to avoid wasting both my time and theirs if the program was outside of my budget. They still refused to provide any pricing information or even basic program details over the phone. What made the experience worse was the customer service. During one call, I was hung up on while I was still trying to ask a question. When I called back and asked to speak with a manager, I was initially told the manager had already left for the day. I was also given difficulty when asking for the manager's name. When I called back again shortly afterward, I was suddenly able to speak with a manager, which made the previous information I was given feel inconsistent and unprofessional. When I finally spoke with management, I again tried to explain why refusing to provide even a general tuition range felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily high-pressure. I was met with the same repeated response that it was simply "policy" and that they could not provide information unless I came in person. There was very little effort to address my actual concern or explain why the school requires potential students to go through an entire in-person presentation before receiving basic pricing information. For me, tuition transparency is extremely important when considering a school. Requiring prospective students to travel to the campus, complete a tour, and sit through a presentation before being told what the program may cost felt more like a sales process than an educational consultation. The lack of transparency, inconsistent information, poor phone etiquette, and overall customer service experience ultimately made me decide that this is not a school I would feel comfortable attending. I understand that schools have policies, but prospective students should be able to receive basic information such as tuition ranges without being pressured into an in-person appointment first. I hope the school reconsiders this policy and improves how potential students are treated when they call for information.
