Stumbled on these place one late evening trying to find a quesadilla. Crazy part is that I have road past thid place probably a thousand times and never noticed it. There was only a few people inside because it was close to closing time but I was greeted by the owner and all of the customers lol! It's a little dark and dingy on the inside but they have a full selection of multiple types of Tequila's. The owner Pedro was so nice and welcoming. The customer service and communication was exceptional. The price was not only fair, but for the serving sizes and quality, I thought it was a bargain. Unfortunately I was not impressed with this food truck. I really had such high hopes. The descriptions of the food sounded very delicious. I had the shredded beef burrito. I thought it would be very cheesy, the menu talked up this yummy cheesy experience. I also ordered it with sour cream and jalapenos. It was fairly large, but I finished it quickly and was still hungry. It tasted mostly like dry beans. I could hardly taste the rice, beef, or cheese. It was odd that is tasted so dry since I added sour cream and it had salsa, but there was such little sauce, it did not make a difference. I think your typical fast food burrito may unfortunately have more flavor. I was fairly disappointed. My child got the chicken burrito and had leftovers which have been left uneaten in the fridge, which is not a good sign, since we love leftovers here. We were also very disappointed that they did not have any chips and queso or space sticks, AKA churros. I think they forgot them at a different event, or forgot to bring them. Many people in line were very upset as well and vocalized it. Oh well. Perhaps it was not their day. read more

We had a great time here! The staff is super friendly (even at 4 on a Friday) and the food is amazing! I took the kids there to try the burritos (they had a food truck that came to my job a few years ago) and they loved what they got. I didn't realize before we dined in that their tequila bar has 49 different kinds of tequila! Will have to come back for more than just a margarita (which was on the rocks with a sugar rim and mixed perfectly!!!). Definitely worth a stop. read more

This place opened during Covid in an old dive bar, so I give these folks props for starting a restaurant during such a difficult time. I don't spend much time in Redford MI and I would generally not get Mexican Food in a dull suburb (Southwest Detroit and Downriver are usually best for Mexican, especially if you want "authentic") but I do visit the area twice a year. Their prices are what I would expect if I was in the Bay Area. But at least the overpriced San Francisco Burritos are good (here's to El Papalote!) The food is incredibly bland. But hey, it's in a bland suburb. For those of us who like non-bland, lots of salsa is usually helpful. When we went to pick up the overpriced burritos, we asked the staff person if they had given us salsa. "It's in the bag!" we were assured. There was no salsa in the bag. Unless you want a beer with your tasteless burrito, skip this place and go to Taco Bell. You will get better food and they won't forget your salsa. read more

The food was great, we specially the Churros. So, Friday night we were looking for a place to eat and we drove by here. Great choice. The owner met us at the door, sat us and was very welcoming. Quick service with no pressure. Great suggestions and again good food. We ordered 2 prime rib burritos and cocktails. Since it was Friday, they had Cosmic Karaoke... so much fun. Overpriced considering the surrounding demographics ! Visited on a Saturday night. Ordered the Cosmic steak burrito and a few beers. $15 is overpriced for a "gringo style" burrito. Bottle Beer is overpriced as well. This was a dive bar before and still is ! Left this establishment with remorse, my money would of been better spent in Farmington Hills, considering I would of spent the same amount to money. The staff here were friendly and well attentive! If I could give negative stars, I would food was OK lacked a a lot of flavor though. What really made my visit to cosmic burrito dissatisfying was the mold growing in the margarita machine I would have liked to of had one, but after seeing black mold in the spout I was turned off to even trying one. I love a good dive bar and this completely fits the bill. Long Narrow room, a bar on one side, tables on the other side. Not that this place is a dump or anything, it is clean, just not too fancy. My girlfriend and I came to see another friends band, Get In the Car, on a Tuesday night. We had some food, some drinks and listen to some live tunes. The staff was super nice, albeit a little awkward. Everyone introduced themselves, asked me my name and then referred to me by name the rest of the night. Being a burrito tequila bar, I ordered a margarita, on the rocks, with salt. I was asked what kind and I asked what my choices were. She (I can't remember her name) ran down the list ending with lime. Lime? I mean it sounded like the closest thing to a classic margarita so that is what I got. It was not great. Too sweet. I didn't feel inspired to try any other flavors. I ordered a Tito's and tonic with lime. She walked away and came back to ask me what I wanted with my Tito's and lime... Okay... this drink also kinda sucked. It wasn't fresh lime (this is a tequila bar, there should be fresh lime) and it just wasn't good. Not sure how someone could mess up a vodka tonic, but they did. I had asked about canned Seltzer's and the server had to go check to see what they had. I don't think any of my drink orders were less than a 2 step process. The food was fine. I am not a big fan of smoky chipotle flavors which the burrito had. It was a good portion, just not my favorite flavor. The friend avocado was good and the guacamole was good. Chips were like cheap stadium chips. I think with a few improvements this place has a lot of potential. Better drinks and stronger knowledge of the products would be my first suggestion. I love that the staff tries to make everyone feel comfortable but the lack of knowledge undermines the confidence to make that work. Additionally the over all food quality is good but the cheap chips is a let down. That attention to detail for me is a difference maker. My friend ordered a pop and it came out in a paper cup. We were eating in. Our water came in a plastic cup... why didn't the pop? Just weird stuff and maybe I am nit picking. But the bad drinks to me is unacceptable. I would probably stick to beer in the future but would love to go back because it really has a great dive bar vibe. read more

We enjoyed the Philly explosion burrito and the chicken burrito. Our server Cindy was so pleasant and made our first experience there well worth it. If you're in the area please check them out. This food truck was in downtown lancing at the prime music festival last night and tonight and I swear it was one of the best vegan burritos I have ever had in my entire life the staff was so nice they got my order out quickly they were working their butts off!! I wanted something new for lunch. Ordering online was easy. The food was ready in a timely manner. Picked it up and had a nice conversation with the owner. I order a brisket burrito. I thought it was priced right because of the type of me used. Wasn't sure what to expect but my mouth said WOW when I took a bite. The brisket was cooker perfectly. The flavors were perfect.
