I booked a 60 min massage Thai yoga massage. Robert began with giving me his professional bio for the first 20 min of the massage - not even massaging me, just talking too much - telling me he is a master masseuse and all of the places he worked. He then went on to telling me why he wouldn't be doing a Thai massage and instead a Russian inspired massage. Not sure why you let clients choose if you aren't going to actually do what they ask for. This was extremely disappointing as I only had 75 min to be away from my baby before I needed to go feed her. Robert shared way too much information about his personal life and made me feel very uncomfortable (physically and emotionally) on numerous occasions through the massage with the way he moved me and the blankets. I have had numerous massages in the past and never been made to feel this way. It had been 90 minutes when I finally was able to look at a clock and told him to finish and reminded him I had only booked 60. The full time he had me in the room was 1 hr and 45 min and I had only booked for 60 min. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. read more

Part one: Lily was amazing! I wish she lived near me!! Absolutely the best massage I've ever had, and I get them once a month at least. The staff was more than accommodating too. I'm going to try acupuncture with the Dr. there before I return home. Do yourself a favor and get in there. Part two: As previously mentioned, I went back and had a 90 minute massage followed by my 1st acupuncture with Dr Suresh. WOW! He's brilliant and has a great sense of humor too. His knowledge of the body was impressive and his healing capabilities were miraculous! As a practioner of microcurrent I was delighted to find out that Dr Suresh incorporates microcurrent into his acupuncture, it was truly an amazing session! I'm a big fan of holestic healing, for my clients and myself, if you are too you owe it to yourself to give it a try. I have come to Cosmo Spa for years for massage and always get treated well - they know just how much pressure to apply and are always in tune with what my body needs. There are plenty of overly priced tourist focused massage places on Maui but if you want a great massage at a reasonable price, Cosmo is the place for you.
