I have been so disappointed with this location the past year and every time I left, I left angry. But, they are now under new ownership! And the store has been remodeled! The employees are charming and helpful as humanly possible. The tables are clean and the food is healthy and authentic as Mexican food can be. The employees make your meal precise as you want it. Steven and tony I think thats their names, anyways, those guys had me laughing at the whole process of my food getting deliciously crafted and well designed. This is the best costa vida I've been to in the county. But watch out. Its busy as it can be at friday and the weekends. So that doesn't surprise me nor it does for them. I would highly recommend the sweet pork salad. I get it almost every time I come here and it's amazing and great quality every time. I would also recommend their grilled chicken soup. Usually you wouldn't except soup from a Mexican based chain restaurant, but it's low in calories, filling, and delicious. The service is great, and it's never really busy, which in my opinion is extremely nice and so much better than disgusting cafe rio. read more

Hands down, this is the BEST Costa Vida location! The manager John always remembers us, makes good conversation, and is SO pleasant. The food is always top quality, and the service is pretty quick. When I went last week, I did an online order because I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait in line in case of the lunch rush. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, however it only took me about 5 min or so to get there. When I arrived, my order was ALREADY ready! So speedy, I was impressed. I can't say enough wonderful things about Costa Vida in general, but ESPECIALLY the Draper location! read more

Horrible catering. Paid $900 to feed 95 people and we ran out of meat at 60 people. This $900 didn't include them bringing the food either. They forgot the rice and were "too busy" to bring it to us so we had to go back and get it during the event. When we asked why so little meet and explained we had already ran out at 60 people they said there was nothing they could do. It would have been cheaper for us to have 95 people bring their own Cafe Rio. Paying $10 a person to run out of food was ridiculous. Save time and money and cater through Cafe Rio. read more

They were average. The place is clean but the service was a little slow this day. In comparison with Café Rio, it is a sad copy, Rio is much better. This place is okay if you do not have a Café Rio near you. Not awful. read more

The Sunday crew is lacking people skills. My mom, brother, and daughter chose this place to have lunch after a movie. We were going to go to Noodles, but thought it would be fun to try something different. My mom and I got the Sunday special, which is a.choice of any of the daily specials. We chose the small mango chicken salad. First, I didn't get any mango in my salad, not the end of the world. After reviewing my receipt I noticed they charged me for the regular price. I asked, kindly,if I could get a refund on the difference. The lady said no, and I should have said that I wanted the special. I was surprised and went to finish my food. I went up again after eating and asked a different employee. She said some people don't want to pay the special price. What? I did. This is trickery! She rudely handed me two dollars and walked away. Hey, you made the mistake, not me. I should have gone to Noodles! What a joke. By the way, the food was okay. Nothing special. I will never go back due to the poor customer service. read more
