Always a fun hunt for items. They get their products from Costco, Sam's Club, and Amazon. Sometimes the packaging is damaged but the items inside are good. There are things that are heavily discounted but normally the prices are on par with Costco and Sam's. read more

This is a great store for good deals. I come in as often as I can while I'm in the area.It's always clean and well organized. All of the employees work very hard to stock to keep the store neat & tidy. The clothes are always nice & neat and organized by color. I can imagine that # of customers that come in that it will get messy. All of the employees work very hard to keep the whole store looking so organized. I know I keep repeating myself. All of the employees are great. The cashiers: Etlan, Jackie and Jennifer are great. All of them are wonderful but I can't remember their names and they are the most outstanding. The employees stocking shelves are always busy working. The previous post of the customer who complained that the employee ignored her. It was probably not intentional. Maybe the employee didn't hear her nor spoke English. I'm Asian but I know some Spanish so when I have questions they have always been helpful. I have never had a bad experience. I am grateful that Mike is there as your security guard. It makes your employees and your customers feel safer working and shopping there. In fact I tell my friends about this store. Fadia, you are good person who has a fantastic store of employees. It is because you are a good boss who treats her employees well and with respect so they will work hard for you. This is a fun place to shop. The employees are super friendly, they play great music loud and the bargains are absolutely incredible. I got a super comfortable leather recliner for $250 that I think originally retailed at Costco or Sam's Club for $500+. They even helped me bring it to my car! Pretty much 90% of their merchandise are closeouts from Costco or Sam's Club, which is absolutely insane. In fact, they even have some current merchandise that are carried in both stores. They pretty much sell everything Costco sells, except for perishable foods and alcohol. They do have non-perishable foods and soft drinks for sale. Only downside is that there are only exchanges, no returns. Shop here first and you'll thank me later. read more

I like this place ! I have memberships to both Costco & Sam's club but I still like coming here because they are priced great. I've bought several random things like lights, bedding, toys, etc. The other day I got a revlon hair dryer for $20 and it's currently $60 at target. The box was damaged but the inside was still new. The staff here are also wonderful and very friendly every time I come. Overall I will keep coming back ! read more

I drove 30 miles one way to purchase a Legends Ultimate Arcade from their store and when I got it home it was missing parts and the control panel didn't work. The machine had clearly been returned previously by someone else. I brought it back and they exchanged it for the other machine they had in stock. Took it home to discover this one was even worse, broken control panel. It's ok to sell open box merchandise, but they are advertising it as new and obviously not inspecting the merchandise. The employee I dealt with was friendly and did give me a refund, but in the end you'll be better off buying somewhere else. read more

walked in store to return something. Had to wait by door where security was standing. A lady walked in behind me and asked for a cart in Spanish. The security guy ignored her. I went outside and got her a cart. I asked him why he didn't help her, he said I don't speak Spanish, i said that's a bummer because 90 percent customers are Spanish, he said is that my problem or there's? I said it is a problem. He said we r in the US. I told the manager, she said she heard everything. I know she didn't, she was defending this guy!! Later i called to speak to the manager , a man told me we don't speak Mexican and hung up on me. This store is making lots of money off the Latino community, they should b more courteous. I will not shop here again. read more

They have everything my household needs and it's always at a cheaper price than most stores, including other bargain stores! Love this place. Like all box stores things are sometimes hot or miss. However , the best finds in this place are the shoes and housewares. I found a great pair of Uggs for a pretty price as well as some good kitchen appliances. Since I am always knowing the price of certain brands it's easy to find the ones for a good price. I do like this store more than some of the other overstock retailers I've been to. read more

Angie and the team over at Cost Less are absolutely wonderful. I've been going there for a few years but most recently I've been buying furniture, a Samsung tv, a Klipsch blue tooth speaker, home security set, Dyson vacuum and the list goes on. The prices are GREAT and the merchandise is quality. Where I've been impressed is with Angie and her team and the way they have gone out of their way to help me out. They've put together a piece of furniture I bought that needed to be assembled and helped me (or just did it for me) get my large items loaded into my car and always with a smile. Highly recommend for the items I listed as well as small kitchen and home electronics, bedding, groceries and health and beauty products. I can't say enough nice things about the place. read more
