I've been to the other Costless location (which is amazing) and this one is absolutely fantastic!! I love how they have similar products but also different products so you get even more options from them. The store is extremely clean and organized and it's huge! So much inventory and the products are for half the price as in Costco, Sams club, etc! Customer service is amazing everyone who works there is accommodating, helpful, and kind! I'll definitely be back for the amazing deals, I don't ever need to go to Costco again read more

It went from $299 to $799. There's a huge sign that says we may refuse service so we didn't even bother to talk to a manager. However, there is a lady bribing Yelp reviews for a free gift ‍. Their online store is awful. Bought 4 pendant lights and they refunded us. HOWEVER, they still have it listed online for sale. So do to have it or not? Messaged them that it's still online for sale and it's still listed. Makes it seem like they don't want to sell 4 of them since I was doing a sign up for the $10 off. Anyways you can get $10 off for signing up for their online store or in person. The lights are only sold online. read more

I visited today for the first time and I was impressed with how well stocked the store is, they have great stuff from Costco and sams club at lower prices, I bought some shampoo but make sure to check the expiration date, I found some that expire in 2 months and I got them but most of the shampoo bottles expire this month. No big deal if you're using the products right away, not for storing long term. Keep in mind also, no returns or refunds. Most of the stuff is either exchange within 14 days or final sale. However, I gave this place 2 stars because the in-store prices to some items cost more than the prices on the website and two the A/C was not turned on during a very hot day. Turn the A/C on in order to make shopping more pleasurable- don't be cheap. Also, make sure your product prices are consistent across all platforms- I don't need to ask the cashier "do you price match". read more

I've been going to Costless in La Habra and I'm so glad they opened up this new location in Orange, super clean and well organized and so spacious. I recommend Costless to all my friends and family because they always have great deals and lots of selections from dry goods to beverages, cleaning supplies, personal care products, even electronics, furniture and many more. It's like going to Costco but you only pay a fraction of the price. On top of that the staff is very helpful and friendly, they're always around to help you find what you need, overall they make my shopping trip more pleasant. Shampoos and conditioners, excellent prices on quality toilet paper and paper towels, coffee pods and coffee beans, some canned vegetables and canned beans, basmati rice, good prices on cleaning supplies, and laundry soap, brooms and mops, random clothing and jackets for kids and adults. They have small appliances and some furniture. There are NO PERISHABLE ITEMS, NO FRUIT, no refrigerators, so DO NOT come here expecting to buy milk and eggs. I took back one item because the As Seen On TV toothbrush did not work and I got my money back immediately. read more

Horrible experience! I'm done with this place. They have no logic to their Store Credit policy. I returned a product a few months ago and received store credit. When I went to use the store credit, I was told that I couldn't use the store credit on sale items and wasn't allowed to purchase the item. Unless I wanted to purchase the item at full price. Make it make sense please. They acted as if I was getting a bigger discount because I was using store credit and they kept saying they're a small business and its hard for them. I think they forgot my money is already in their bank account. I've never heard of a store doing this. Every store treats store credit like a gift card, you can use it as you please. Absolute joke of a store. I'd recommend not shopping here for big purchases because of the customer service and return/store credit "policy". read more
