The only downside to Costless is that the return policy is not that great. You can only return things for store credit or an exchange. There are many good deals here and some not so good. You have to check prices carefully. They have items from Costco, Walmart, Target and other stores. The shelves are neat and well stocked. The clothes seem priced high unless they have a special day for extra discounts. I have found electronics and hardware items at a very reasonable price. Some food and cleaning products are usually at a good discount. We also found some bargains on storage containers. Products change often so that keeps us coming back. I don't like their return policy. You have two weeks for store credit only. No refunds. Keep your receipt because they are very strict and won't allow returns without it. read more

Great store if you are needing just stuff..... nothing specific. It is a wholesale overstock store so you get what you get! The store is clean and often has lots of stock of the specific item. A little bit everything from garden, household, furniture and clothing. Definitely worth stopping by, especially around the holiday time. Lots of room in the parking lot and the location seems safe and clean. I meant to give a 4 star, instead of 3... fat fingers. Lol. The only reason for the -1 star is because the random selection of items however I need to remember that they are a close out store so I can't beef them on that so changed it to a 5. Iv been to both locations if you want to save a couple of extra bucks from Costco and Sams this is your place I recommended this place

I went into the store at 333 S. Main St in Orange and I was NOT impressed. This store is like a jr. Big Lots. the prices may "look" like they are a bargain, but they are not! Example: Colgate regular toothpaste - 5 pack for $9.99. Walmart sells the same product in eaches for $1.29 each x 5 = $6.45. So CostLess is much higher than Walmart. Also, there are also "off brand" merchandise that are poor quality and basically, these items are "can't sells" from other stores that went under. My opinion - Meh, go somewhere else but stick with Walmart, it's hard to beat Walmart. read more

Cost Less replaced Staples and I think it is a very suitable successor. Been here a couple of times ever since it opened and I like it a lot. There is a lot of things to look through, although it would be perfect if it had a frozen section too. Prices are great and you can find great prices on a lot of things. They usually get new stock at least once a week and they're always restocking and reorganizing. I always look forward to what new things they put out on the floor. read more
