I place an order and it say will be ready at 6:30 pm , I got to the restaurant and call to let them in I was there in curbside , they ask me The color and model or the car , 30 mns later I call to find out about the order and all they say is that it they were waiting for it to come out of the oven , I told them that I have being waiting for 30 mns all she say was that she understand and thank you and hang up the phone , is being 20 mns more and I'm still wating for the food to get out , I understand that is Saturday but come in 50 mns for an order that supposed to be ready !! This pizza place was recommended by the front desk staff, but sadly, we were disappointed. The edges of the pizza were burned. It did have a good amount of toppings on it. The breadsticks were good. The sauce was cold; luckily we were in a hotel with a microwave, so it worked out. read more

I live kind of far from this place but they always are here quick with some good pizza and breadsticks, I recommend this place.

We ordered from this store s few times and have not been disappointed until today. I ordered online around 11 AM for a future order at 5PM. My husband goes to pick up order a little before 5. Told it won't be ready until right at 5. Reasonable. 5 rolls around, my husband is out in parking lot and calls (curbside delivery covid) sorry running behind wont be ready for another 15 to 20 minutes. Okay husband calls back at 520, all the while sitting in his car in parking lot. Sorry wont be ready for another 10 to 15 minutes. $40 for pizza that was 40 minutes passed the promised time. I would like owner to contact me as you have a very unhappy customer here, thanks for a terrible Mothers Day dinner! read more

Seems to be a very popular place in Holt. I found the pizza good, items fresh and hot. Problem is that I'm from the Chicago area. That said, I am not a fan of deep dish, so the thin crust was ok. I think for the area it's good pizza. Not great, but good. read more

It took to long to get our pizza and bread sticks. We got there about 10 minutes early and it was suppose to be ready at 7:02 but it was done at 7:40 nobody was prepared at all and all they did was give the excuse that it was because it was the super bowl. We stayed there for over 40 minutes. I don't believe that you should go to this cottage inn it was not worth the wait at all. We were there with 10 minutes left of the first quarter of the super bowl and we are getting back home into the super bowl half time show. This was not a good experience at all and I do not recommend. There were pizza screens scattered all over the floor and when some one noticed he waited till he thought no one was looking he kicked them away this was not a good experience at all. read more

I usually order from this place and I'm happy with what I paid for but last tonight not so at all I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas with extra cheese and I got 2 pizzas with more sauce than cheese very flimsy not good looking at all you could see how sloppy it looks like some one just threw it together I don't complain like this but I feel like I paid my money for something I was looking forward to eating I feel like I just threw my money down the drain or in the trash because that's what the pizzas look like trash! My father, boyfriend and I have been ordering from Cottage Inn for quite some time. Recetly, we have been getting terrible service and just last week, we decided to end our ordering from this location. What started this is the fact that our orders would always arrive 20 or more minutes late. Once, my dad's order arrived about 2 hours late and was ice cold, but he did not complain, because everyone makes mistakes sometimes. However, on the 9 of December, 2014, my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza for dinner and I paid online with my card. I got my confirmation email and the estimated delivery time was 8:04 p.m. So, we waited patiently until 8:30 p.m. and the pizza had still not arrived. My boyfriend called the Holt store and he was told that they do not deliver and they faxed our order to the Downtown Lansing location. So, we called the downtown lansing location and were told that they never received our order. We called the Holt location back and told them we wanted my money returned because we were going to find something else for dinner. The woman there told us that she had to send in a void request to the manager and they would get it returned. So I watched my account to make sure it was returned, and here I am 8 days later and they have still not returned my money. I have sent an email and my boyfriend is calling, but this experience made us decide to never order from this location again. Along with their terrible customer service. read more
