Our loved one suffered excruciating pain needlessly. Hospice is supposed to mean comfort care. The patient has had all other meds stopped and are given pain meds so that they can pass peacefully. Pain management is CRITICALLY IMPORTANT. If pain meds are not given according to the Hospice schedule by facility nurses, the patient suffers needlessly before they die. Shame on you for not treating imminently dying patients with more urgency and care. Don't send your loved one onto Hospice here.

Unfortunately, PAM was not up for the challenge. The nursing and tech staff were good enough. We enjoyed Cyndi, the Sarahs and Meliza especially. He had speech therapy every day. He had OT a few days and PT even less. So much less that in his discharge paperwork, the PT sign off was left blank. They couldn't even attest as to any level of progress. And PT was the main reason he was there. I inquired with scheduling and they said they were short staffed. I reached out to the CEO who came to his room and said she'd look into it and get back to me. Again, sadly no follow through. The OT intimated that he was difficult to work with and that may have been what PT encountered also - so blaming my husband for PT not coming? Really? I'm not saying my husband is the easiest guy in the world to work with but at least show up. I've already had one occasion to steer others clear of the disappointing results we saw and will continue to do so.

I was a patient at Pam Rehabilitation Hospital after surgery…read more The staff told me they could handle all my medical needs, but when I developed a painful rash that turned into an infection, they refused to let me go to the ER or follow my surgeon's orders. My surgeon had prescribed two important medications -- one for nerve-endin' pain and another to treat the rash before it became infected. The hospital removed both prescriptions and substituted ineffective treatments. The caseworker told me they were giving me the same medicine, but that wasn't true. Their own documentation confirms this. Because my nerve-endin' pain medication was withheld and the infection worsened, the pain became unbearable. My skin grew so sensitive that even a brush of fabric or a breeze caused me to scream in pain. Instead of helping, some staff made fun of me and yelled at me for reacting -- even though their neglect caused the problem. They also refused to provide the pain medicine immediately, even in that situation. I have documents and photos showing the difference in care, including pictures of my incision site two days after arrival and again five days later, clearly showing how the infection spread. Once I left and received the correct medications from my surgeon, the rash and pain began to improve right away. Please Look at the proof attached of the actual type of care they give before using Pam Rehabilitation Hospital for post-surgical recovery or wound care

I was there for about 23 days, but left there able to return to duties at my church prior to Christmas 2025, and I continue to work on my physicality daily and appreciate the care I received while at Bel Air. Then I get billed, plus a same-day cancellation fee tacked on. I called in February 2026 and was clearly told the charge would be removed and I could ignore the bill. Then another bill came. I called again, same reassurance. Then another bill. When I finally reached a supervisor, she was determined to collect the $45, citing "policy," despite their own team repeatedly telling me it would be resolved. I even offered to split it...denied without hesitation. Now they're threatening collections over a charge they told me multiple times to ignore. No transparency. No accountability. Just billing games. Avoid Endeavor Physical Therapy. Transparency and trust shouldn't be optional in healthcare, but apparently it is here.

I know they only take people who are able to feed themselves (she is), so the kitchen staff may not think about it when they drop off their trays. I've mentioned it to the nurse, so hopefully that will be remedied. Mom has made so much progress...it's really amazing for someone her age who has been through hell. I'm very impressed with this place generally...everyone is very kind. If I had it to do over I would probably hire a sitter to help with mealtimes, but the confusion is wearing off and she'll be home soon...just a few more days. Thank you, Rapid Discovery!

My family experienced repeated problems with severe understaffing that appeared to affect nearly every aspect of patient care. At times, it seemed there was only one nurse or aide responsible for as many as 17 patients. Whether that was the official staffing ratio or not, the level of care reflected a facility stretched far beyond its limits. The most upsetting experience was waiting well over an hour after using the call light for help with toileting. By the time anyone responded, my family member had already soiled herself. We ended up providing the care ourselves most of the time because we could no longer depend on timely assistance. On another occasion, a broken bathroom call light left her stranded for approximately 45 minutes, forcing her to attempt an unsafe transfer on her own and creating a serious fall risk. Unfortunately, these were not isolated incidents. During visits, I regularly saw multiple call lights going unanswered, families wandering the halls searching for help, and patients waiting far too long for basic care. At one point, while patients were waiting for assistance, several staff members were gathered in a back room eating together, leaving the floor seemingly unattended. Employees need to stagger breaks. The food was another major disappointment. This facility promotes itself as a high-end rehabilitation center, yet meals were consistently poor quality and lacked the fresh, nutritious foods patients need to heal. My family often felt compelled to bring outside meals, yet there wasn't even a microwave available for reheating food. I was also concerned by several operational issues, including the use of a shared open ice cooler instead of a more sanitary dispensing system. Delays in laboratory testing that could impact dialysis patients, where timely lab results are critical for safe treatment. There was no onsite lab and lab results were not posted or available for 2 days. What saddened me most was seeing vulnerable patients--including veterans and retired healthcare professionals--left waiting for basic needs such as toileting, hygiene, and assistance. No one recovering from surgery, illness, or dialysis should have to worry whether help will come in time. I understand that healthcare facilities everywhere face staffing challenges, but patients and their families deserve safe, compassionate, and timely care. My hope is that management addresses the chronic understaffing and operational shortcomings so future residents receive the level of care this facility promises. PS: The chief of culture Jim White owns casinos. This man has no clue about how healthcare is run or works.

After several visits my 18 month old is happily walking and running EVERYWHERE. Her therapist Jen was so great with her, and it was really about gently working to strengthen her wobbly little chicken legs and building her confidence to take steps on her own. They have lots of toys, padded mats, and various tips and tricks for the kiddos to get them moving around in a low stress environment. Very grateful for the time they spent each week working with her, they always had a smile even when my toddlers stubborn wailing probably scared off half their clientele lol.

I'm so glad I scheduled an appointment. The entire staff has been beyond wonderful. They are great with answering the phone, scheduling appointments, making sure you are greeted and feel welcomed. My care here has been therapy for a dislocation for my elbow. I feel I get the utmost thorough treatment. They use ultrasonic treatment, heat therapy, exercise, and massage. I have been healing so well thank to ALL CARE THERAPIES. Allie (OT Therapist) is absolutely amazing!
