We stopped in here for Mother's Day lunch on our way home from a weekend trip. It was about 1:30PM in the afternoon so we were under the impression we had missed the lunch rush. We were seated quickly, and drinks were served. We were told by the server that she had to "make" the lemonade, and she seemed put out that we ordered it. Then when she refilled it, she did it with a paper cup. Stating they didn't have any clean glasses left. They forgot to give us crayons for the kid's menu, straws for our drinks and silverware. We waited about 45 minutes to get our first course. My husband had a side salad that was fine, but we were served a 1/2 serving of Queso that was completely cold and a smattering of chips. We got chili too and it was extremely thin. We asked how much longer the food would be at an hour. She said we are almost there. She said that she would bring rolls to hold us over as my 4-year-old was starving. She proceeded to get rolls from the kitchen and deliver them to the booth next to ours. they said "we didn't order bread" then she took them off their table and dropped them at ours. At 1 hour and 15 minutes and no sign of food in sight. We asked for our tab. $15 later. We left irritated, frustrated and hungry. The server had the audacity to ask us to leave a review after charging us full price for the items that we received thus far. We went to Burger King across the street. They have new management and their general manager is fantastic. Food selection and quality is excellent. Their service has improved immensely. The only quality thing was the music being played and they paid us off with a 25 dollar gift card at the end. We waited an hour for them to get our orders wrong. A medium rare steak shouldn't take an hour. They ended up taking the overcooked steak back so we couldn't take pictures of it. We were offered water refills and then they forgot they even offered it. Not a fan of garlic mashed potatoes. The only real complaint we had was where we were seated. We asked for a booth, which there was plenty available, but Tiffany said all they had was a half booth half chair. She said that was the only table available. She just wanted to keep her customers close. It was also right under this large fan, and it was cold. She was attentive but not granting our request lost her 2 stars. Had to make a stop in Chickasha and saw the restaurant off in a small shopping center. Parking lot crowded so decided to stop. We had a 10 to 15min wait because they were short staffed. The restaurant was nice, open and clean. I ordered the chipotle maple grilled chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and jalapeño cornbread that came in a skillet. It arrived timely and was hot and delicious I'm so glad I took a chance on this place. Oh yes the price of the meal very affordable to portion. Also took some peach cobbler to go. I have never in my life left a negative review but after our encounter at this location I felt the need to share our experience. In today's economy eating out is a privilege. People work hard for their money so when they choose your establishment to spend that hard earned money they should be provided edible food! They bring out our side salad and it's just wilted lettuce with a side of ranch. I set it aside and didn't plan on saying anything. The waitress asks why I'm not eating the salad and I politely say I thought it would have cheese or croutons or something on it not just lettuce. She acted like my response made her mad. They then bring out our food....My son's Chicken fried steak was covered in gravy that was the consistency of water. You could not even cut the chicken fried steak it was so over cooked. I ordered salmon and a side of baked squash. My salmon was COVERED in seasoning and was crunchy. The squash was old and over cooked. Literally the only thing we could eat that was edible was a side of green beans. The waitress noticed we hadn't really touched our food and ask what was wrong. I showed her the food and explained that it was not her fault and I hate to complain but the food was awful. She told me she would take care of it and talk to her manager. She comes back and tells me that her manager did not originally see the food before it was taken out of the kitchen and that she would not have allowed it to be given to customers. She said it was the cooks fault and that it was all over cooked. She then proceeds to hand me the check and said sorry, my manager said she WOULD HAVE taken care of it by making you new food but now it's too late! Mind you I ordered an appetizer, two meals, drinks, and a dessert. They didn't replace our meals that were not edible and they still charged me full price for the meals! I had to pay over $56 for food that my dog wouldn't touch! I will never visit this establishment again and I am warning people so they don't waste their hard earned money like we did! read more

Meal was to come with fries, received in a to go box at end of our time there. However tables arriving after us received their fries with their meals. Taste was poor on everything, too much seasoning in batter.Mash potatoes was cold, gravy lukewarm, okra burnt. When getting refill on drink, received a wrong glass back. This place is really struggling. We ran into lots of issues tonight. 1 - Walked in and it smelled like sewer. 2 - It was hot. 3 - Their chips and salsa doesn't have bottomless salsa. 4 - Asked for mayo for a burger and they brought us butter. 5 - Ordered chicken and it came out pink in the middle. 6 - Ordered battered fish and it was soggy batter, very little fish if any. We literally couldn't eat it. All that said, I WILL say that the waitress was extremely accommodating and they comped a couple of our dishes that were bad. Saw the 3 stars and avoided this place. Then Mom said the place was good and to try it anyway. Happy I did. So pickle chips, rolls & butter, chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, chicken broccoli Alfredo, green beans and cinnamon apples were had and all were really good. Service was good and our drinks were refilled quickly and the ambiance is lovely as well. Like a farmhouse vibe with a small bar / TVs in the back. Cozy booths with plexiglass so you enjoy a bit more privacy. $50 total for appetizer, rolls, main dishes, sides and soft drinks for 3 people. Wish we would've saw the reviews before going here. First thing when we walked in, it was hot and smelled of sewage. We get seated and our table has sticky spots. Our server seemed stressed out even though the amount of people dining was scarce. We finally got our chips and salsa after a long wait and our server took our order. We waited another long period of time to receive our food, once we got our food, we had received raw chicken, fish that was covered in soggy batter, and a side of butter that was supposed to be mayonnaise. My first dining experience here. There was a 30 minute wait for a party of 6 at 1pm Saturday. Ok that part is pretty normal. However, there were about 10 open tables. So it appears to be understaffed. Only 2 tables were dirty so it's not cleaners they need. It was nice that they offered us drinks while we waited. 30+ minutes later we finally get our table and there are still half the tables in the restaurant clean and unused. The food came out timely and was mostly accurate. I ordered a specialty fried beef brisket. It sounded really good. I was disappointed in both the portion as well as the quality. The brisket was thin and lean which is a bad combination. Especially when it gets deep fried after that. So what I ended up with was a very dried out meat. Not quite beef Jerky dry, but on it's way there. I'm told they have good food so I'll give them another shot. Perhaps I can update the review then. read more

The last four times we have been here the service was extremely slow!! The tables around us had items that we asked for and the wait said they were out of (lemons, bread, butter) I thought that was a mistake or just a oversight so we let it go. After continuous rude treatment from the waitress I'm starting to think the name of the restaurant could be a reference for racism. Seeing as how we were the only table treated bad, food came out after everyone else that was seated after us and we just happened the only table that was non Caucasian. When the food came out it was cold and not very good. We or any family won't be coming back. The also brought the wrong soup, never brought spoons. I have been told by a fellow colleague that the best part of Chickasha is that they have a Cotton Patch. The prices are very reasonable and the food is pretty good. I ordered the blackened tilapia. The lite version had 1 piece of tilapia vs the regular dinner version with 2. My value meter pegged with the 2 piece for $1 more. It was just the right amount of food. As far as the drinks, the waitress recommended that I not order tap water as the Chickasha water tastes funky, so I ended up getting a half and half tea for $3. The social distancing was a little concerning, but we are in a little town with tough guys who believe daddy Trump, so it comes with the territory. The table I sat at wasn't cleaned prior to me getting seated or not cleaned properly as I felt bread crumbs on the table. The service wasn't great but I could tell that the waitress was new so I am not docking points for that. I will be back to try other items on the menu. read more

Walked into the restaurant and unfortunately had to wait over 5 minutes while the waitress' were standing in the back by the bar. Once they came to seat my party of 5 with 2 kids, they did not have any kids menus and for some reason it is not listed in the regular menu. So I go online to see what they have and we order drinks. Our refills were very limited throughout the meal and we had to ask multiple times for them. Once we ordered the meals (Alfredo with potatoes and apples, maple chipotle chicken with a house salad and "potatoes soup"(picture attached), and catfish basket with fries). The Alfredo had no flavor and resembled Mac and cheese (picture attached), the potatoes soup was not anywhere close to soup and was closer to a mashed potato, the catfish was soggy and hardly seasoned. We walked in about an hour before they were closing. 90% of the tables were dirty with employees standing around. We went ahead and stayed because the menu looked good. We ordered the chicken fried bacon appetizer, 30 minutes later received a pile of raw bacon fried with some seasoning on top. We declined the food and chose to leave since they served us raw pork and didn't expect better with the other fried food. No manager came by for anything and the waitress said we needed to stay and pay for the 1 drink we ordered for $3.59. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get our change. The ladies that we let go ahead of us were a party of 20. They got their table for 20 ready and then told us we had a 30 minute wait because of the large party. We are pretty forgiving if the kitchen needs extra time or the wait staff gets behind because of a large group. They wouldn't even seat us. I have never left a review before but this experience was just bad enough to earn my first. Would rate 0 stars if I could. So my party of 4 went to this restaurant today around lunch time on a Sunday. Despite it being lunch time after church there was immediate seating and the place was not overly busy (several empty tables in a smaller dining room.) From there things went way downhill. We waited for around 10 minutes just to get our drink order taken. After the drink order it was another 10 to get 2 waters and 2 sodas. After placing our food order we waited 45 minutes for our food which is one thing. None of what we ordered warranted that long of a wait. The biggest issue I have is that during this wait we did not see our server, not once. Drinks were empty, we were not checked on, we were not reassured our food was on the way-- simple hospitality and customer service basics. Our waitress was also not friendly and acted like she wanted to be there. Upon trips to the bathroom wait staff was at their station chatting and not being attentive to any table. Several other tables got tired of waiting and left. We were standing up to leave ourselves when our food arrived. So the food gets there, isn't really worth writing home about and we have no silverware. For chicken fried steak, Mac and cheese, etc. The waitress tells us she will be back with refills and silverware... another 10 minutes pass and we still have none. A member of our party asks a waitress at the congregation of people for some silverware so he can eat his food. Another 5 minutes pass until we get drinks and silverware. Also our order was wrong.. overall I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Delicious food, great ambiance, and fantastic service. My family was stranded in town after an unfortunate vehicular challenge the night before. While we waited for it to be repaired, we hit up the Cotton Patch Cafe for lunch & were wowed by the whole experience. Everybody loved their entrees, rolls straight from the oven, & desserts. Garrett was fantastic as our server. I'd recommend this place to everyone. We may be going back for dinner before we leave town. read more
