Because the tiles were a non-standard size (18.5" x 18.5"), finding a ready-made replacement in stores was impossible. Even worse, none of the hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) were willing to cut a larger tile for us. We found Jose on Yelp, saw his amazing reviews, and reached out. It was the best decision we could have made! Jose responded to our inquiry right away and was ready to help us out, suggesting we pick out a tile from Floor & Decor for him and his team to cut. Then, to our complete surprise, he and his team member Jonathan offered to drive out to our place to handle the cut and installation themselves. The cherry on top was that they refused to charge us for it, insisting it was just a minor job and they were happy to help. Not only were they very generous, but they were also didn't rush the job at all. They took their time, patiently measured the tile, and executed precise cuts to ensure a perfect fit. Not only did they save our table, but their work actually made it look even better than it did originally! It is incredibly rare to find this level of kindness, professionalism, and pride in one's work. If you need any tile work done, do yourself a favor and hire Jose and his team. My boyfriend and I helped my parents renovate their bathrooms and we couldn't have finished on time…read morewithout Ivan! After getting all our cabinets we realized Ikea was not restocking the size we needed for the bathroom counter top. For some reason Home Depot, Lowe's etc also just didn't have the size we need either. My boyfriend flips houses often and suggested we find find local fabricators to see if they have any left over slabs since our counters were super small. We are about 15 minutes away from his shop Ivan on a Wednesday and he was able to stop by right away that day. He understood what we were looking for and invited us to his workshop to look at the available slabs. After selecting the slabs we wanted, he gave us an estimate that night. We bought sinks and dropped off the next day and the sink counter tops were done literally on Monday!! Ivan and his guys were polite and easy going. He even helped with finding sinks since it was a smaller size that wasn't available at the normal stores. My boyfriend can come off cold and talk really fast too but Ivan took his time and explained why he needed information and worked with us! Good price, accurate detailed work and great communication! I've worked with Danny and Joe Morgan for a couple of projects. These guys are a great team to work…read morewith, they make great efforts to get you what you want and at great value. They both work in stone and tile, however it seems that Danny is a little more on the tile side, and Joe handles the granite and other slabs. Danny is a people person - he has connections throughout the tile industry and pointed us towards people that could give us outstanding deals on tile. He also is an "idea man" he'll give you a bunch of options for what you can do - you just need to pick which one will work for you! Joe is very responsive, whenever we had an issue during our projects, (and there always are some - no matter what you do!) Joe immediately had someone take care them without hesitation - and that's really the best you can ask for in a contractor. There crews are clean and professional, always asking questions to make sure everything is ok. They showed up on time and on some occasions worked late to get the job done on schedule. Our first job was a bathroom our house and it included floor tile, shower tile, and glass and stone accent strips, backsplashes, and a bunch of limestone with fossils in it for the sink, shower and tub surround area. It was a high end work and turned out exactly as expected. Our second job was a complete remodel of one of our rentals - wood look tile flooring everywhere, slabs of quartz and granite in two bathrooms and the kitchen a couple of vanities and a desk area as well - also two full shower remodels - in this case we gave Danny and Joe the opportunity to find us materials that were great deals and let us check them out - they came through with fantastic options, digging up remnants and suppliers cancelled orders to get us a high end look on a "rental fix up' price. We have received many compliments on both jobs and are very happy with both - and it's been some time since these jobs were completed - their quality materials and installation have stood up to use! Next up - I'm working on a countertop/bar for my outdoor pizza oven/smoker area - Joe and Danny will be doing the counter tops. I have several more jobs on the someday list - a new kitchen at our house and whole other rental to renovate. So I guess the best recommendation is that I will continue to work with them for years to come!

There was a lot of dust during the tear down of the old tile countertop. Good thing he enclosed the entire kitchen with zipwall to prevent dust from going to other areas of the house. I actually had our kitchen done by Joe 2 years ago and I'm only writing my review now. I wanted to see how well it was done and I honestly can say everything looks like it's still brand new. No problems whatsoever. My wife and I took months to find a contractor that have good reviews and very good price. We entertained 6 different contractors to come and look at our kitchen and gave us their lowest price. Joe got the job. I will definitely used Joe again and I highly recommend this guy.

He showed up exactly when he said he would, which already put him ahead of a lot of contractors we've dealt with. Communication was clear the whole time. He answered questions, explained what he was doing, and kept us updated without us having to chase him down. That alone made the process way less stressful. The quality of his work is excellent. The lines are clean, everything looks even, and he was really thoughtful about how he used the tile so there wasn't unnecessary waste. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.
