In spite of 3 trips to my house, the total was less than they had guessed originally. Servco installed this system in 1990 and they are still our go to....this reminds us why!!

The front faucet has had no issue and they were installed at the same time. Apparently the owner Scott is always on vacation and his employees can't do anything without him. Scott and his apprentice installed my faucet they put several holes in my house and one in my detached garage why I don't know. A week after the faucet was installed water has been gushing out of it soaking everything around it. I am sick and tired of them after spending over 3,000 for a new water line this is what I get. This place is a joke. Don't ever bother calling them if you want actual service!!! The man answering the phone tried to blame the leak on me saying it was because I didn't detach my hose from there FROST FREE SPIGIT. I don't use my hose during winter nor have I ever detached my front hose and that one works just fine. Just fix your mistakes Scott and quit being a bad business man!
