The reason why three stars instead of two? My drink is just right. I finished it with speed and delight, and the person at the window was so friendly!!! I love it! I'm an understandable person and I thought that it's all because of rush and because of high number of customers, but no, either it's a lot of people or not, it's bad. Today I've got enough of their attitude. There is a guy, who's taking orders and even if I double checking the order, anyway it would be wrong. I ordered rebel with watermelon and banana flavor, blue ras boba and I've got another rebel for my sister, which is watermelon, blue raspberry flavors and blue raspberry boba. I've got the banana rebel+ boba and another rebel with blue ras and watermelon, no boba. I kindly asked them to add missing boba, they told me, that I didn't order that, haha(and they begun sarcastically saying to each other that "everybody has a bad day"). I said that guy who takes orders always messing with my orders and they've got offended. I told them, that they didn't add watermelon flavor to another rebel. Another girl came to the window and started making a scene out of it. She told that she personally added watermelon flavor. That was funny, because my drink was fully yellow and with no watermelon flavor.(originally, when Dutch bros doing it right, it supposed to have beautiful gradient of yellow and blue-greenish colors). I showed her the drink that it fully yellow and I told her, that it doesn't have a watermelon flavor at all, but of course, she didn't agree and started talking over me. Then she said, that "Do you want me to redo your order, or what". I was polite all the conversation and after her proposition about redoing my drink, I just said bye and drive away and I'll never come back to their location. (even though I told her at very beginning, that I'm telling them about messed orders not redo it, but to make some action to be better and double check the order with that guy). Not only did I have a bad experience at this particular location, but the company as a whole ended up disappointing me. The issue took weeks to resolve because getting help was so tricky and difficult. The people who work at coffee places like these aren't necessarily aiming to spend their lives there, so I understand if they aren't going to bend over backwards for every little thing. I do expect a certain level of management to be present though, and the employee who didn't know anything other than how to serve a drink could have referred me to someone who knew more.
