The food is good and serve in large quantity; I should note that my sweet tea tasted like tap water. At first glance the restaurant looks modern, clean and well kept. However, much cleaning details are missed. There was 5 flies on a dirty window that bugged us the entire time we were there. Restroom trash was overflowing to the ground. There was 3 employees being overworked serving as host, waitresses and busting tables; it definitely was understaffed for a Saturday morning. It caused long wait times. In addition, there was an annoying guy with a grey hoodie, with his hood on obnoxiously chewing gum and in everyone's way. When he wasn't seating on the phone or standing in the employee's way, he helped bust tables - very poorly. I saw him take his gum out of his mouth with his fingers and then with the same fingers dispense whipped cream from a can into his hand!!

Our waiter was FANTASTIC!! He was knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and attentive. The food was wonderful: very hot and seasoned well. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived; however, customers started arriving and soon the restaurant was almost packed. The ambiance was relaxed, friendly, and comfortable. Keep up the great work!

Country kitchen is a great breakfast place. Clean and friendly service. I will definitely come back for dinner next time.

We had seen this place so we decided to go in and try it. We went in and a young waitress seated us and got our drink order. She returned with our beverage and we placed our order. I got a cheeseburger with fries my husband got a pastrami sandwich with fried. Our order took a normal amount of time. While we were waiting we observed several things. Two waitresses constantly kept cleaning tables and tending to the few patrons seated. While there two others a male with big hair stand talking an employee we presume, not sure who he was, and a young female waitress who had been tending to a table but she was busy on her phone. She talked more than anything and was obviously showing the male photos or something. It's obvious they are over staffed, since they have so much time to be visiting and sitting around. And it was very unprofessional in our opinion. The floor under tables needed to be swept, but nobody was tending to it. The place has so much potential, but at this rate it's not going to be good. The waitress responded after asking how long it had been open, she said 6 months. Our food arrived. We had no silverware, she brought some after I asked. The burger was large but not the best quality meat, lettuce, tomatoe and purple onion, no pickles, and the fries were seasoned. My husband was okay with his fries and his patrami sandwich. I did ask for mayonnaise and mustard because I don't care for the dressing on my burger, just personal preference. There is a bar area, we took a peak but it was kind of dark, so not sure without trying anything on that side. We didnt see a bartender unless it was the one guy seated at the bar??The reason for the 2 stars was the floor under some tables and the male and female especially. It really isn't good business to have staff like that, on their phones and sitting around and such. Especially when areas need attention. We might return in hopes that things will change and maybe I will be able to update my review. But one thing after visiting and checking reviews online it does seem that there has been issues here. But we hope the owner or management corrects thing especially since there are so many places to eat these days.

After driving around trying to figure out where we were going to have dinner, I settled on this spot since kids hadn't decided on anything. This was our first time here, and it is really family friendly and has so much to choose from. Our waitress was so sweet, and the bartender knows his stuff. The food was great only reason why it didn't receive a 5 star is because the ceviche which is good was missing the real ceviche taste and that is made with Lime not Lemons also the shrimp tasted like it came out from a frozen bag and not fresh. Other than that, it was worth it. If I am wrong and they did use limes, then they need to use better ones because you can taste the tartness from the lemon, not the sour. Also, my daughter ordered a medium T-bone steak, and it was overcooked, but she didn't take it back because she used the delicious salsa from the molcajete and it wasn't an an inconvenience to her. The eggs were cooked the way we ordered, and the gravy was well flavored, and the steak wasn't greasy or tough like in most places. It was really good. The french toast was also good, but they needed to get better syrup. The sauce from the molcajete was super good, the steak was soft, and the chicken was perfectly cooked with good flavor. The rice and beans are good. The fries that I didn't capture were not oily or overcooked, which I appreciate so much. We finished with desert, and I ended with a grown drink. The lemon drop was top-notch a little pricey but so delicious. And they do karaoke and have an outside patio.

The fish tacos looked good but the taste was not up to par. We tried ordering one and the gentlemen told us that they only did them in 3's. That was weird but ok. I placed the order and was given a small number that vibrated when your order was ready. when I told my wife she jokingly said it was because fish sticks come in packs of 3. We got a couple of items from the other trucks and waited patiently for the fish tacos. It took the longest out of all the other trucks, which hey no biggie. The tacos came out, they looked pretty. We took a bite and the fish was COLD! On top of that there was something odd about the fish..it was all chopped up ...it legit gave cheap fishstick vibes. My wife is not super picky at all, I am. Both of us agreed we would not order those again. The service was great. The green salsa was great too, but I won't return to buy food for those two reason.

Also, I had ordered ceviche shrimp, camarones al veneno, and a canned coke. The total was $40. Which doesn't sound bad but the ceviche was not fully cooked and in a small bowl, the menu states that the Camarones al veneno comes with beans, rice, and side salad. But when the food came out the sides were not given. The plate came with about 8 shrimp. Very overpriced and no receipt was given to see exactly how much each item was. Based on their menu provided online, the total should had been about $30. Would not recommend.

Oh my goodness. This restaurant is divine. We were walking in Mercado Latino and found this gem…read moretucked into the back corner. They have a modest amount of in restaurant seating but a huge festively decorated patio with vibrantly colored folk art flowers adorning them and bistro style chairs. We dined early on a Friday and were treated to strolling musicians who played and sang a wonderful traditional folk song for us while we awaited our order. The waiter spoke limited English but that wasn't a problem as when my limited Spanish failed me we used Google translate with great success. The menu is large and varied with an assortment of dishes including molcajetes, tacos, burritos, fajitas, and much more. Our meal began with house made flour tortilla chips and a richly flavourful salsa with plenty of garlic and a spice balance that I the wuss was able to enjoy, but which builds in intensity so it worked well for my spice loving husband. We ordered pasta poblano con Pollo and a pescado cerviche Toscana plus iced tea. The pasta was beautifully presented and perfectly prepared with liberal lashings of a rich buttery creamy white cheese sauce infused with the bright taste of poblano peppers and moist chunks of well seasoned chicken. The cheese pull from it was remarkable and it is a rich savory flavor explosion on the tongue. The portion was enormous and ended up feeding both of us about three meals each. I ordered the pescado or fish cerviche Toscana made without chili as I am a wuss and they happily accommodated that request. When it arrived it was a literal mountain of cerviche atop a six inch toasted corn tostada with another tostada perched atop at a jaunty angle. The cerviche was close to four inches high! The fish was citrus cured with a light delicate texture and fresh clean taste speaking to the lime used in the curing. The salsa had fantastic balanced flavor and was without pepper heat which was perfect for me. The service was superb and friendly. We WILL be back! Update: We are back for more fabulous cerviche tostadas. My husband got the perillo tostada which has shrimp, sushi grade tuna, avocado and all manner of other goodies. Perillo translates to bad ass and it is indeed a bad ass tostada! I opted for the callo de acha or scallop tostada this time and it also does not dissapoint! They have a full bar and we are very curious about their Adios Madafaker cocktail. The name is hilarious! We will update again if we decide to try it.
