    Variety of bagels

It was my first time at this place and I loved it. The consistency of the bagels was PERFECT!!!!! They tasted incredible, I will definitely comeback And you NEED to try this place!!!

Yesssss, FINALLY a bagel spot in my area that I actually like! A friend and I stopped in on a late Friday morning and the place was consistently busy. Even with the influx of customers the staff members kept up with it and provided excellent service. Tip - bring cash to avoid a 3% CC charge. This location is smaller/narrow compared to the Winfield 1. Indoor seating is good for 10-15 people. I got the cheddar oregano bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. The bagel itself was flavorful and had a decent texture. I should have asked for have it be double toasted but that's just my preference. I enjoyed the cream cheese too. I also should have asked for them to drown my bagel with it but again, that's my B. Overall flavors were there for me and I really liked it. I'm particular when it comes to bagels and I'm happy to have finally found my go to bagel shop in the SW burbs. I'll be coming back to try more items very soon!

Such a cute place! The amount of different varieties of bagels to choose from!!!! There's so many! Cream cheese as well! It took me a minute to decide what I wanted. And I think when it was almost my turn, I changed my mind and got something else! This place can get busy! I went on a Friday morning & it got busy after I walked in. Thinking I had time to decide....no pressure. A few tables were available to sit and enjoy your bagel & coffee/smoothie! I decided to get a lox with an iced vanilla coffee. Decision well made! It was good & I was satisfied! I have to come back now to try the other

Overall (A) This place has excellent food, fast service and is a great value. If you are in the area - check them out. The kiddos love the bagels and speciality cream cheese. The service is always super fast. This is as close to a NyC style bagel place as you will find in quite Chicagoland. Wide selection of fresh bagels and bagel related menu items

County Farm Bagels has locations in Wheaton & Winfield and offers a variety of bagels, cream cheeses, sandwiches, soups and salads. I visited on a Saturday morning right before a large crowd came in. They have many intriguing flavors but ended up orderings an Asiago Rosemary bagel with Scallion & Chive Cream Cheese & Everything bagel with Salsa Cream Cheese. Each bagel comes with a good amount of cream cheese! The bagels are fluffy and lightly toasted; flavors are spot on and fresh. The inside has minimal tables/seating so it may be good to have a back up option of where to enjoy your bagel. Tip: There is a 3% surcharge to use a credit card over cash.

The menu of bagels and cream cheese is overwhelming here! Def look at it before you go but they have such a wide variety of both! It's a very small cafe.. not a ton of tables and chairs. Def a quick bite or to go place! Service is quick and efficient, clean bathrooms and cute cafe in Wheaton!

Locals know about this place and I'm so glad I got a chance to visit. It's a small bagel and coffee shop in the middle of downtown Wheaton and there's a location in Winfield too. I first got a chance to try their bagels when I grabbed a left over dozen at the end of the night. This time, I had an amazing egg and cheese with an everything season bagel. It was delicious and so filling! It didn't break the bank at all and you can walk around downtown Wheaton afterwards. The service was fast and even though there was a line, the checkout lady answered my questions patiently. I gotta try the other bagels through the summer!

Classic bagel spot with a plain and simple lox for a reasonable price point. Small business with good service. Lots of flavors to choose from as well as different smears

I come here all the time and the bagels are good. I will say they are more bread than chewy and not really flavorful. Tasty sandwiches though. I will recommend that they should change their toasting process!!! I feel like I've never had a properly toasted bagel here and the toast with cheese on the bagel, and the burnt cheese is not good. I think the current toaster they have bakes it more than toasts which drys out the bagel! Other than that I will continue to go back cause we are in a bagel desert.

I love a great breakfast sandwich and I saw this place had amazing reviews so I decided to check it out. Bias income, I didn't know they were paisanos! Even better, the bagels are amazing, very thin crunchy layer followed by a warm fluffy and good chew. The best in the area! The service was fast and the workers were all welcoming. Very good ambiance, positive everywhere. Workers laughing amongst themselves, shows they have a good work environment. They also had dog treats which lasted all of 2 seconds with my pitbull who just devoured it.

Breakfast in Wheaton can be pretty lame as expected. Country Farm Bagels is one of the better places around here. It's mostly bagels of course along with a few sides. Good prices on most and there's a variety of flavors. The inside is pretty small so it's mostly a to go place. A stop here on a recent morning was to get a few bagels. It's more like a store than a cafe. There's only a few tables. Oh well, most people don't stick around. The bagels are the main thing of course, and I got a few. It's about $3 each. There were some pretty cool flavors including sweet ones like blueberry and strawberry. Also options to make breakfast sandwiches with cheese and eggs. There's not that much to put on the bagels, but you can get a good breakfast at least. Good place for picking up a few bagels to eat here or at home. It's really not that much of a restaurant and there's hardly any seating. This is why most people get takeout.

3.5 stars, but rounded up because I didn't feel they deserved any deduction…read more I was REALLY looking forward to their #20 Old New Yorker, which I got in their Navel Cut pastrami. It was a solid 7, which is why I place it at 3.5 stars. I may be being picky here but it just wasn't to the level of "melt-in-your-mouth" pastrami standards for me. Not to say it wasn't good, because it was perfectly fine. In fact, it's better than most of the pastrami sandwiches I tried in Chicagoland. Maybe it's the fact that I had to bring it back to the office to eat it, and half hour had gone by and pastrami weren't as warm and the Jewish rye had become soggy by the time I took the first bite. I mean, it goes without saying that the sandwich would have been 3 times better had I sat down immediately and had it. Again, all things considered, it was a perfectly good sandwich. One interesting thing was that I had never been to an establishment that included a half sour pickle instead of a normal one and gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. Pickles can be a hit or a miss for me. I like my pickles to be crunch, but some places offer overripened ones that become borderline mushy. Schmaltz's half sour pickle was not overly salty or sour, making it very attractive for me. The more I'm thinking about it, I'm convinced that I'll have to go back and try their #14 Sloppy Paul, which is the corned beef with sauerkraut, which is another favorite of mine. And this time, I'll be sure to dine in and give another review of it to see how much I like them better.

Mine was absolutely delicious. Tons of beef, melty swiss, and grilled onion. Served nice and hot with a tasty au jus. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his as well. Great Jewish deli.
