Note, if you use the kiosk to avoid the line, half and half is referred to as breve and will cost you an extra $1. There is no cow milk, cream or half and half option on the kiosk. I asked the staff and they told me to put notes in, I had to explain that was not an option either. Judging by the crowd at the store, it must be a popular place and they do brisk business - most of which is stay, sit and chat with your coffee. It seemed to be very popular with college age and recent post college persons - I did not see a lot of gray hair in the business (other than mine). Coffee was okay, tends towards more of a medium to light roast. Not my fave. Not sure I want to pay $5 for coffee again - probably won't be back.

Once she finished, a man finally came over and asked if he could help me. That's when I learned there's actually a third, area for online orders -- off to the side, away from either line I could see. My food had been sitting there the whole time I stood waiting. A simple sign in line or a "have you already ordered?" from staff circulating the lines would fix this entirely.
