The Bread The flat bread itself is made fresh in-house daily from just 5 ingredients. The bread is soft with crispy edges and pockets the doner ingredients nicely, and is made fresh in-house daily! The insides The doner ingredients feature veggies, meat, and sauce. Meat--The meat offerings are beef or chicken, depending on their rotating weekly meat schedule. Last I knew, chicken was on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and beef was Thursday-Saturday. Veggies--their veggie offerings include onion, red cabbage, lettuce, and tomato. Sauce--Their signature sauces are yogurt-based with a hint of mayo and include herb (krauter), garlic (knoblauch), spicy (sharf) or try a trio of all three for an authentic style. They offer the classic doner, a donerdilla (think doner + quesedilla in one), doner wraps, doner bowls (gluten-free option), or loaded fries.
