I've been to Rosatis in Oconomowoc a few times and always enjoyed it. Our experience with the restaurant in Pewaukee was around catering. We hosted Christmas with family on the23rd and really didn't want to cook much right before the holiday. Rosatis made it easy to just order their pre planned menu (pasta, garlic bread, and salad) and just pick it up for takeout. The food was wonderful and could feed up to 15 people. We had 7, so we definitely have leftovers!the team is young but delightful, and now that we know this is an option for holidays, We'll be back. read more

Customer service there is horrible. Went to go pickup my order and got attitude from the cashier. I was told "don't shove your phone in our face, it upsets us". All I did was turn my phone towards her so she could confirm I was the correct person picking up the right order. Remind you, I rested my phone on the counter and no where near her face. My wife and I have been going to this location for 5 years. It's always been a great place. Recently they have gone under new ownership and it is now even better. Management is amazing and they treat their customers like family and they appreciate their regulars. The rewards program and the deals they have are Amazing. Weekly theres is a great deal on the menu. The pizza is always fantastic from rosatis Pewaukee. It is constantly the same and never changes in quality. The toppings are fantastic especially the mild peppers are our favorite around. This used to be a good restaurant, but the last few years the quality and customer service has gone way down.

I order Rosatis all the time for delivery and I am always satisified. Their thin crust pizza is delicious,and makes great left overs too. A little on the expensive side for pizza but worth it. They also have pastas and chicken fish and ribs at pretty good prices. I've had the chicken a few times and the ribs twice. The chicken is always delivered hot and the ribs are great. I've always had good service too. They always tell me an hour but I frequently get it 35-45 minutes after I call, though when I order lunch at work its usually a little longer,sometimes like 75 minutes unless I call it in a day early...but worth the wait. read more

Ordered pizza for 4 people. We used to love their pizza but tonight was absolutely horrible. Something was not right with this pizza. It had a nasty after taste. Not 1 person ate it beyond a few bites and every single person said something was wrong with it. We called the restaurant to complain and say the pizza did not taste good at all and sonething was wrong with it. The person answering the phone immediately got defensive and told us how many pizzas they prepared that night with not 1 complaint. Then offered to show us the cameras to show that it was prepared correctly. That was not our complaint. There was not 1 question about what was wrong or why it didn't taste right. Something was definately wrong with ingredients in this pizza. You know it's bad when a kid won't eat pizza. The restaurant did not care, no offer of a refund or replacement but more importantly they didn't care about WHAT was wrong with it not tasting right. Sure hope we don't get sick from what little any of us ate. The rest went in the garbage. We will never go back. read more

The pizza was pretty good but the wait is terrible. If you order take out and they give you a time, prepare to add 30 minutes on a Friday night than what they tell you. There was a lot of unhappy customers sitting and waiting for their food when I went. I watched the boxes on the counter while waiting and noticed that my breadsticks and mozzarella sticks sat on the counter for at least 15 minutes until my pizza was done. Great thin crust pizza! Nice selection of toppings - artichoke hearts! Always ready on time with coupons galore for free soda, breadsticks or a couple bucks off. They're always busy but friendly. I am posting a review because yesterday I went to this Rosattis, I was picking up a doordash order to deliver to a paying customer, and I have not been in this restaurant in about 6 years. I could not believe how dirty it was, chairs still on tables at about 5 pm, I used the bathroom and would not even think about sitting on that toilet, when I first arrived I was pulling up and a car came flying in front of me to grab a parking spot, and just cut right in front of me, all because they were dropping off an employee for work. That worker went back & forth from working in the kitchen to helping customers at the counter and not once did I see him was his hands. My friend got sick a few weeks ago after eating food that was delivered from there, and I can understand why now. I just can't believe how bad and filthy this place has become in the last 6 years. I will not pick up any orders from there to eat or deliver in the future. Management should be ashamed of this restaurant. read more

Everything was cooked perfectly! We loved the new cinnamon sticks and the new way the garlic sticks were prepared. I came to the area on business and was looking online for someplace to eat. I recognized the Rosati's name having grown up in Chicago and thought I would give them a try. I ordered a small thin cheese pizza and took it back to my hotel. I immediately devoured more than half and saved the rest. This was the best pizza I have had in years, hands down. With limited resources and not wanting to make it soggy in the microwave, I reheated it in a skillet because I heard that works well.....but I had the heat too high and scorched the crust. Horrible service from beginning to end. I placed an online order for delivery on September 19th, 2018 with the expectation that the order would be delivered in one hour. After 75 minutes I called Rosati's to inquire about the status of my order. Obviously, the I could tell the order was not yet started and and was told it would be delivered in 25 minutes. About 15 minutes later I received a call saying that one of the two pizzas I ordered went out with a different driver. The employee gave me the option of canceling my order or they would give me half off the cost of my order. I chose the 50% discount and was told the order would be delivered in 25 minutes. After 35 minutes I called Rosati's back as the order had still not arrived. Finally, five minutes later the order came. The credit card receipt listed the total as the full amount and I refused to sign it indicated that I was told this order would be half off. There was no discount. I was charged full price. Beside that the pizza chase got stuck to the top of the box. From order to delivery, this process took 2 and a half hours. I had a similar experience at this same location in May when it took 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It's just a hassle. read more

I ordered there fish a 8piece dinner. the first time was burn beyond reconition and was even an 8pieces only 4 order screw up. Then I waited another 15 mins, again the fish was was ok. When I got home, again only 4 pieces, I went back and told them only my order was half complete.
