[Quote and scheduling]: Assembly Masters do not list pricing information on their website. Customers must request a quote via the "GET A FREE QUOTE HERE" button on the website or by calling their contact number. I submitted my request online and received an initial quote of $119.00 (flat rate with no tax) for one cabinet. However, I clarified that my initial job request was assembling two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets and the representative apologized for the typo. Unlike few other assembly companies, Assembly Masters require (1) customers to provide their full address and phone number for order confirmation and (2) provide credit card information to secure the appointment. I later called their number where I spoke with Todd who was very friendly. He finalized my appointment and processed my credit payment payment over the phone. [Service terms and conditions]: Here are some key service terms and conditions to be aware of - * FREE street / validated or paid parking by customer; parking to be provided for Assembler * All boxes to be located in the desired area for assembly prior to arrival * Attaching Items to the wall is an optional service - added charge may apply * Moving items to another room after Assembly is not included * Empty boxes and debris are stacked neatly for disposal by customer * Assemblers do not haul trash/ boxes away after service is complete * Assemblers are NOT required to move existing furniture/ Items * Pictures/ Video of assembly are taken by Assembler for verification [Process]: The technician Alvaro arrived within 24 hours of my booking and within the 3-hour scheduled time window. He was friendly and well-prepared with his tools. Alvaro was able to complete the assembly of both IKEA BRIMNES cabinets in just over an hour. [Conclusion]: Assembly Masters provided a reasonable quote and completed the job efficiently. However, few areas could use improvement including (1) allowing customers to pay in cash or by credit card in person before the job begins rather than requiring payment over the phone, (2) listing clear service prices (or price range) on the website instead of requiring customers to request a quote, and (3) offering to haul away empty boxes instead of leaving them to the customer. Personally these are relatively minor issues, but another furniture assembly company I recently worked with managed to accomplish all three of these areas in addition to completing the assembly job. If these points are not dealbreakers, Assembly Masters is still a solid choice for anyone looking to save time assembling IKEA furniture.

Last year, I asked Roger to install security features into my home as I recently was going through a breakup and had a big home to myself and my 7-year-old son. I had him install an outdoor ring camera (which he connected to my internet, as well, before he left knowing that it was working and ready to scan the premises), an OnGUARD Door Reinforcement for my front door, a screen metal door for my back door, a Door Barricade Bar for my master bedroom and a sensor light for my backyard (photos pictured). Let's just say, I feel sooo much safer in my home than I did before Roger installed all of this. I sent an email following up. NOTHING. Finally, a full two weeks after my initial inquiry, I received this email response: Hi steve, I'm so sorry about such a delayed response. I'm sure you've already booked someone. I did review the specs, it's out of the project's too small, we just don't deal with these types of cabinets. The items arrived yesterday, and after only 3 hours of installation, my mom noticed oils stains at the bottom of the mattress. She only noticed the stains because the mattress kept sliding back and forth as she was trying to put on bedsheets. My mom decided to go in-store today 2/10/26, to address the stains with the owner. She put me on the phone with her and immediately the owner was defensive saying that in her 40+ years of business this has never happened. She accused my mom of causing the stains because she slept on it overnight. What kind of customer service is this? As you can see in the photo attached, the photo was taken on the day of delivery at 5:26 pm. This stain was already there. She then offered to do an exchange for $60. Good customer service would've been free considering that the stains were not caused by the customer, but what did we expect from an Asian furniture shop? The typical rude and cheap! You get what you pay for. Stay away from here...
